If I could give zero stars I would. Biscuits are always hard chicken tenders are the size of fries and service is horrible. For this to be a newer location you would think they would provide Good service. This is not the case.

Many people are quick to drop bad reviews. I had to stop & run tonight to do a review on my visit and experience with Farah. I don’t know if I spelled that right. From the time I walked in the door, she greeted me with a smile. She attentively took my order. She communicated to her teammates. She was extremely upbeat and could tell she enjoyed her work. It was such A refreshing dinner and I’m glad I stopped by. She def deserves a raise for the outstanding service she is providing.

The Big Box. The Chicken I Guess Was A Chicken Breast Was Mostly Crust. Two Bits Of Mashed Potatoes.Two Bits Of Rice With No Red Beans.The Only Thing That Was Good Was The Tiny Little Biscuit. Ordered A Lg Almost 4 Dollar Tea Was Left Sitting On The Counter Had To Ask For It. Didn’t Get A Straw. So The Big Box Isn’t Big At All Wasted My Money Never Again.

This new location has been very inconsistent. I’ve had several problems over the years that it’s been open. Today, undercooked chicken for me and my son’s tenders were undercooked. I see lots of reviews about undercooked food. Are they trying to get someone sick! Because they want to beat a clock to get you out the line. Tried to upload a video but couldn’t, see posted picture.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your establishment. On November 20, 2025, at approximately 4:10 PM, I ordered a 10-piece spicy chicken meal with two red beans & rice and biscuits. Unfortunately, none of the chicken I received was spicy.

I returned the following day at the same time (4:10 PM) to address the issue. Instead of receiving proper customer service, I was told to wait 25 minutes for replacement chicken. When the order was finally brought out, the older male employee handed it to me with an attitude : no greeting, no apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience.

Even then, the replacement chicken did not appear fresh or up to standard. When I requested a refund, that same employee questioned me by saying, “For 5 pieces of chicken?” in an unprofessional tone. A female manager then refused my refund, stating she wouldn’t honor it because she “wasn’t there” when the original order was placed. When I asked for my receipt, I was told it had been thrown away with the food.

At that point, disgusted by the service and the overall lack of professionalism, I left the new chicken on the counter and exited. The entire experience: rude attitudes, incorrect orders, lack of accountability, and refusal to provide basic customer service was absolutely unacceptable. I paid nearly $30, and I could have taken my business anywhere else.

Just brought some supposed to be a 10 piece all dark chicken got home and It was not only the order was messed up but I had waited in drive -through for which they made me wait 20 minutes for fresh to order but the chicken was reheated was not fresh at all. The Three pies that was supposed to be strawberry cream pie was some dry old apple pie which I tried to eat but they tasted like they were cooked in old oil biscuits was hard very disappointing and I paid $36 dollars for some old old chicken I would not even feed my Dog this mess horrible horrible disgusting!!!!

Ordered online, my husband arrived to pickup our order the cashier at the front was absolutely rude instead of greeting him or acknowledging him she simply “mhmm” like somebody off of the street. She had a nasty attitude when he finally got the food. Before we pulled off we checked the food we ordered 12p tenders, 4 biscuits, mashed potatoes and Cajun rice, we were missing one of the fries which were thrown sloppy in the bag, barely had any mashed potatoes, the chicken was barely cooked and the meat in the rice was still pinkish. We went back in to get our missing fries the cashier is having a conversation with another customer about something that had nothing to do with food all while customers are waiting in line. She did not acknowledge us or the other customer we stood there waiting for her to say something, she made eye contact and still continued with her conversation. When she finally stopped her conversation we told her we were missing one of our fries she went over to the fry station scrapped fries out of the BOTTOM and threw them in the bag, walked to one of the ladies at the fryers said something to her and they both started laughing then finally brought my food to me which the fries were hard and crunchy scrapes of what they had left. We will never come back tot his location ever again. The customer service is beyond horrible, the food quality is unacceptable, these employees need serious training or find new jobs. People pay too much money for food for the food quality and customer service to be this horrible.

I ordered the BOGO 6 pc wings with a biscuit and red beans and rice. The BBQ wings were barely tossed in sauce, looks nothing like the menu picture smh and the biscuit seems like it’s been sitting out for a while. The first time I came to this location it was good. Today, not so much.
