I want to recognize Caroline, hope I spelled her name right, a young lady who was working the register during my recent visit. Her genuine smile and warm, professional greeting made me feel truly welcomed and valued as a customer, an experience I rarely encounter at almost all Popeyes locations.
As a daily customer who frequently visits multiple Popeyes stores across the Marietta and Smyrna area, I can attest that service quality is often inconsistent. Carolyne’s exceptional customer service stands in stark contrast to this pattern. Her respectful handling of my payment and positive demeanor reflect the standard all Popeyes employees should embody.
I strongly recommend recognizing Carolyne’s performance and using her approach as a training model for staff company-wide. Excellent employees like her are invaluable to your brand.

I had an excellent experience at Popeyes thanks to Waldayasia. From the start, she greeted me with a friendly smile and a positive attitude. She was really helpful with the menu, making sure I got exactly what I wanted and double-checking my order. Her attention to detail and friendly approach made the visit stand out. Now this may not go far because once a fast food place becomes a monopoly they put them anywhere and they do not care about customer service. They only care about sales. This transaction took all of 22 minutes and I’m not understanding why (it was not busy ) I pulled up order a kids meal boneless wing with a mac & cheese and two pies. The young man told me to pull up, but before I pulled up Anthony Gave me my Sprite, which was out when he gave it to me. The top was sitting on top of the cup, and I did not notice that it was not sealed, and I spilt it all over my lap in my car, but of course that was an accident. This young man showed no sympathy however, how could he show any sign of care if his managers don’t, so this is not about him. He is a child. Let’s continue on with this story I pull up. I realize my sprite was flat. I pull back to the window and got a strawberry fanta pull back up and waited about another six minutes until I realized I’ve been waiting here for a minute so I wanted to check on the four boneless wings that come in the kids meal combo because it shouldn’t take this long. I pull back up to the window. He asked the manager how long the bonus wings will be. She was very brass. I never talk to her once she never talked to me when she came to the window she turned her back to me and he said when I say he, I mean, Anthony, which was the young man I could have one tender in place of the bonus. If I do not wanna wait an extra eight minutes I said no then he said well you will have to wait. I said OK I’ll just get a refund. She proceeded to say OK she can get her refund very carelessly and this just goes to show that when serve safe videos and Popeye certification videos have to be done. The general manager is doing it because the manager that was on duty December 28 at 12 PM is very rude. She never apologize for wasting my time she never offered me any compensation besides one chicken tender this is very unacceptable. Very unacceptable and I’ve never spoken to the general manager, but I have seen him in there and I know what he look like and he doesn’t have the best of customer service as well but I never had a bad experience with him so I cannot speak on him. However, this lady that was the manager on December 28 at 12 PM And she had Anthony in the window. She is very unacceptable corporate or the franchise regional manager needs to come in there and set rules and regulations because I also working in hospitality and I know that when corporate or someone that is above the general manager comes in the store everyone seems to act right everyone seems to fold there collar and be on their best behavior because the business here is crazyand they are going to continue to make money because they are right on a busy road, but the customer service is horrible. I can’t believe that I went through this all for four pieces of boneless wings and one mac & cheese. This is ridiculous.

After placing my order via drive-thru. Then waiting approximately 15 mins for 2 cars in front of me. When I finally get to window. They claimed they did not have my order. I then had to re-order then wait another 10 min to finally receive my order. This was my first And my LAST visit. A.I. or people we are doomed!

This Popeyes in Morrow puts Hampton Popeyes to utter shame. Everyone was friendly and most importantly my order was just as I’d put it in online down to the sauces. It’s sad that the one in Hampton is less than 10 minutes from our residence and we’d rather drive 30 minutes for a proper experience. My faith has been restored in fast food chains….this one at least.

Exceptional service. This location makes me want to be a better person in general. EVERYONE in the building when I was there at 3:35 pm greeted me with enthusiasm. It was a man that was in the back cooking chicken that said welcome in the women in the front were attentive to me and still performing other duties. I can’t wait to come back. I rarely will do these surveys but this location was extremely nice.

Today was my first time at this location and first time doing an online mobile order through the Popeyes app. The ladies working the front area were welcoming and friendly. My order (a 2-piece combo with red beans and rice and 3-piece tenders) was correct and fresh. I’d return!

I’m hoping I’m reviewing on the right Popeyes on Forest Park. The most horrible experience. The food was really cold. The drive thru server was not friendly at all. Wish I could find the receipt it was $25 and some change 1/7/26 my sister was dying for Popeyes and this is what we got. Returned the fries just to get more cold fries. Just left at this point I was scared to return it again. Thought the might spit in my food. Just horrible
