Ordered a family chicken meal with one side and didn’t pay it no intention until I got home since it was late to open up my side to see it’s half full a call back to the store to let them know that my side was half full. They’re talking about. I need to bring the side back up there so they can switch it out. I live in Locust Grove. I am not gonna turn around to bring aside back up there to be switched out or bring it tomorrow. My family wants to eat the salad tonight I think it’s just bad business that I have to bring the food back to y’all just so y’all can switch it out if I’m telling you it was half full.

I came in today to pick up a Uber Eats order. I had forgot my glasses in the car due to me having to go to the restroomreally bad that was the first thing I did when I came in the restaurant I didn’t think to grab my glasses that they weren’t gonna be able to help me. I didn’t even think about me not having my glasses I get to the counter. She ask the name. I tell her I can’t see the name I’d show her the name. She said oh I can’t read that But I said well. I don’t have my glasses on me and she was just like well. I can’t read that like what an attitude being rude instead of just asking another teammate to go ahead and see if they can help her or whatever when I was walking out one of the customers end up telling me the name I was gonna run and get my glasses I just feel like that was rude. It was uncalled for it was embarrassing. It was humiliating. I had my daughter with me instead of just telling me the name instead of making a big old scene out of nothing that never happened to me I didn’t think to grab my glasses. I went to the bathroom. First thing I had to go to the bathroom. I’ve been driving all day like I didn’t think that she was gonna be rude like that and she had a big pair of glasses on. I don’t know if it’s cause they were foggy she couldn’t see but all she had to do was ask one of her teammates to see what the name was. That was just so rude. If you don’t have the patience or if you don’t feel like being bothered with customers, you should not do fast foodand when I was walking out, she asked me why I didn’t bring my glasses in but in a rude way like who are you to ask me that you’re working here you supposed to help customers and why do you have on glasses that you can’t see out of So embarrassing The restaurant was packed. That was just so embarrassing the way she act and it wasn’t even a problem. I was gonna go grab my glasses, but I was right there. I just feel like why she just didn’t ask someone else to help her.

Every time I come to this Popeyes it’s ALWAYS an error or issue with my food. They mess up my orders & forget some of my food. There are so many people coming in along with myself from the drive thru to complain about the orders. I had to wait 30 mins for my butterfly shrimp combo they forgot all for my 8pc chicken to be cold due to waiting. They have employees arguing in the back while the drive thru line is hanging out the road. I have learned my lesson & would rather travel out of the city to find another Popeyes before I come back here.

Popeyes store # 11651 in McDonough off Old Industrial Blvd gave me old chicken. I asked for fresh chicken. The cashier in drive-thru gave me old chicken. She had a negative attitude when I asked for fresh chicken. On the third time of trying to get fresh chicken, they still gave me old chicken. This is ridiculous.

Thank you for your prompt feedback. I returned to the restaurant the next day as instructed by the manager, expecting a replacement meal for the unsatisfactory chicken I received. However, the register employee questioned my experience and assisted it wasn’t the same chicken despite my evidence. The manager on duty supported his stance, comparing my situation to returning a too-small shirt to the store, which I found unhelpful since it was the following day and I had already discarded the meal. I suggest your team focus on enhancing their customer service skills.

I went through the drive thru last night and Tia was VERY rude with a nasty attitude. I was tryna order the big box I didn’t know you all stopped selling them considering i just bought one last week. As soon as I asked her whole tone changed like I irritated her then just told me to pull around after i ordered without confirming my order . I get to the window and ask for Cajun Sparkle and hot sauce she throwing her hands up with attitude “ WE OUTTA THAT, WE OUTTA THAT “ like DANG OK !
and needless to say when I pulled up and checked my bag before I left the lot my order was WRONG; i’m missing a whole side . Had her attitude been better i would’ve went back through but who feels like dealing with that where they spending they money ?
She got that nasty attitude and tone and not even getting orders correct but rushing you to pull around at the speaker box .
Update : tonight will be my LAST night going to this location ; same nasty attitudes when they not listening and messing ; and its ALWAYS the managers with the attitudes it’s very telling .

It’s seemingly common nowadays that managers or shift leads don’t manage the behavior of the other workers, their attitudes and routines. If I can see someone prepping food and playing with ordered food and the manager on the floor don’t see it and fix it right away, or preferably before that worker starts, my appetite is ruined. Ordered 2 large Mac and cheese thru the app for timing purposes. I got there and still had to wait. Got home and the food wasn’t even cooked thoroughly. It was mush like mashed potatoes! I reached out to corporate and that was a waste of time as well. Lost me as a customer completely

I would rate 0 stars if I could. This is the slowed most unprofessional location and I hate that it’s the closest one to me. They need all new management. The line could be empty and your food still takes 20-30 minutes. There’s nothing fast about them. Also they are ready to go to war with you over condiments. Be careful asking for ranch.

Ordered from there website and who ever they assigned to deliver. Stole the food and cancelled the order after they picked it up so I couldn’t get a refund .update : ordered again through their website and the driver stole the food AGAIN! Do not ord r through the website. It goes through DoorDash and there’s a loop hole where you can get your food stolen and no body is held responsible. The manager said there’s nothing they can do once it leaves the restaurant. Popeyes needs to do a better job securing the bags of food because these thieves should not have access to the food inside the bag
