Got to the window And was told I couldn’t add anything to my order at the window. Went back around and ordered again, got my food after waiting and it was warm. The Mac n cheese looked horrible! It was unrecognizable!

My experience here was horrible. I waited on the drive through line for 10 minutes. Placed my order, specified the peice I wanted, repeated them to the cashier, only to pull over in the parking lot and open my box and to realize i did not get what I paid for. I had to come out of the car and go into the restaurant to request that they changed it. The young lady at the counter costumer service was very distasteful. When I finally got my order the chicken was very dry and definitely not worth the wait or the headache.

Popeye’s chicken is one of my favorites, but the lack of customer service that I received at this location in Griffin was disgraceful.
The employee working the drive through was mumbling and very disengaged.
When I got my order it was not correct, so I pulled back up to the window and he said he would bring it out to me. There was no one in the drive-thru line behind me.
The end result was giving all of the food back and leaving. The manager at the front counter made it clear that he did not wish to get involved.
Employees are failing the business, in turn the business is failing the employees by allowing this type of behavior.

I pre-ordered a Cajun Turkey online. The day (11/26) I went to pickup my turkey, my order could not be found. Somehow my order was given away. I reached out to Barbara, spoke with her and she was so nice, kind and understanding. She reached out to another location and got me my turkey the same day! I couldn’t be more thankful that she helped resolve the mix up. She even called me to make sure I was happy. So, thank you to Barbara the GM of the Griffin location for your great customer service.

Waited in drive thru 5-7 minutes, after the automatic one said it was getting a team member. Finally drove around, no one at the windows 4 people standing around talking. Finally after about 2 minutes someone came to the window, no greeting just pleasantly looking, as if to say what do you want. I asked about the $5 or $6 special I had seen on TV, was told no specials…only family meals which I did not need. I asked about a 2 piece, $9+,no thank you drove off. This was between 5pm and 530pm. No customer service or sales training at all. Very disappointed to say the least, I really wanted chicken from Popeyes.

I ordered a 4 Piece spicy all white. With sweet tea and mashed potatoes and two apple pie.The young lady behind the counter asked me what is the difference between white and dark. I explained to her that white meat is the breast and wing, and dark is the thigh and leg. She gave me two thighs and one wing. And she forgot to give me my two apple pies. I told my order is wrong. The person in front of me orders where wrong , and so is the person behind me. I’m not even upset with her. She was just trained to be a cashier. They should’ve put her the register if she doesn’t simple things as that. Popeyes just need to do better. This the second time they missed up my order. I had to wait an Additional 10 minutes to get my apple pies. After the manager came upfront The chicken was dry and unflavored. The Hall of Fame good was the mashed potatoes and the sweet tea. I will not return to Popeyes again. What a waste of $16!

My order was completely messed up with items missing, no utensils given with rice, and the drive thru worker forgot to mute their headset so I could hear them arguing with another customer. I tossed the meal and went elsewhere, do not recommend.

Worst experience ever, I always come here and every time they get my order wrong, I absolutely hate how this is the only nearest Popeyes around. I ordered 2 combos and a chicken sandwich and 2 of my sides were missing, it’s always a issue at this restaurant there is literally never 1 time where my experience was good, no one here has a good attitude besides 1 person that apologized for the wait time, I went to go pickup a Mobile order and it took 35 minutes to finally get it, and they apologized, so no hate to that person, but it’s always this specific Popeyes that ruin every order. Just the other day some lady forgot to give me my card and when I waited at the drive through she turned to the window and said “oh my god bruh what now”. Awful, pitiful, upsetting, horrible, I rather drive to a Popeyes a hour away for better service, i went inside one time and heard employees cuss and talk disrespectful to a customer at drive through, honestly it was awful, I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Go drive to a different Popeyes, or even get kfc, at least they won’t get your order wrong, at least they won’t talk badly in front of you, at least they don’t take long.

When I entered the building and showed the male manager who was in the front my mobile order he looked at the phone for less than ten seconds and told me hed already sent away the order, an order I placed less than five minutes ago. Then he ignored me turned around and went back to work. I still saw my order on there screen soni was confused but the man acted as if i wasnt there as he continued working. Someone else, a female manager, I assume came in and asked “what we were waiting for” this same man for earlier stated I was “waiting for a mobile order but hed already made it” we asked how the order could have possibly been picked up if we came in right after we ordered, she explained there was a scam going on and it happens often. Then the male manager said he’d “already made the order three times and this was his last time making it”. He handed me the wrong order we explained this was the wrong order it took for him to look at the order again to realize he’d falsely accused us of participating in some sort of scam beacuse he didn’t properly check it. During the entire interaction he was rude and did not offer an apology for his mistake. All could have been avoided had he properly checked our order or made any attempt to communicate with us.The female manager however apologized and spoke to us, her service was fine.

I have always loved Popeyes but this has got to stop!! I ordered a 3 piece white on my way home.. got home and they gave me a breast .. thigh and a leg and it was clearly cooked several hours before I purchased it.. it was the worst chicken I have ever had!! And Popeyes is usually tasty!! Griffin ga Popeyes will never get my money again!! It looked like some one bit my chicken and thru it in the box!!
