Ordered a $4 2 piece $11.99. Got a huge brest and scrawny wing. 1st breast still pink inside. Next one he gives is also pink. Then he gives me another scrawny wing….for $11.99!

At the drive through I had asked for 2 specific parts of the chicken. ( 2 legs and a breast). But what was in the box was 1 leg, a wing and a breast. SoI drove back around to the window to have the order corrected. The server took the meal from me never apologized for the mix up or if they didn’t have the pieces that I asked for. When they returned I was given the original wrong order back plus and extra piece of chicken. A little bit of communication would have went a long way. Not planning on visiting this location again.

So I arrived to the location on 92 in acworth ga in which I was advised to visit to have my order remade by the manager and the district manager as well. When I arrived I advised the guy at the counter about my receipt that was placed on this managers desk well he just said to tell him what I had ordered. So as I sat there and waited… I could hear them all talking about me. I let it slide. Meanwhile I was on the phone with an employee and my work phone all calls are recorded so you can clearly hear literally everything that was being said. So a few moments go by and I heard the guy state to another employee “where did that character go” speaking about me. So I kept my cool and composer and he looked at me and said yeah the manager said that we are not making your order. No questions about it. Meanwhile he had her on speaker phone and I’m going to assume she didn’t know she was on speaker but she decided to talk about me as well over the phone while she was on speaker. Conversations echo, voices can be heard no matter how quiet you try to be. Popeyes you need to do better. I’ve never been to a Popeyes and it being ran like this. This location needs an employee makeover. Literally. I’m an actual General Manager for Strickland Brothers and never in my entire customer based career have I ever been treated this way nor would I ever allow any of this to have happened. I will be taking necessary actions due to the behavior of the Manager and the employees as I do have it on the recording of mine and an one of my employees phone conversation in which you can clearly hear them talking.

I know that it’s tough out there and most of these restaurants are understaffed and I do not blame the staff for that. Some people are throwing shade at this Popeyes but I always get excellent service there. I think they are fantastic and doing the best they can under some less than ideal circumstances. Thank you

As a former Assistant Restaurant Manager of Popeye’s in Atlanta (755 corporation / Funky Chicken), I was greatly impressed and satisfied with my experience today. I’m not sure what times other guests get here, but i’d advise you to order your food when the better staff is serving. The lobby was spotless and clean, the soda was sizzling, and the ASM fulfilled my buttery biscuit request without any problems. . Look at how beautiful it is

This is the BEST POPEYE’S I’ve seen or eaten from in a long time. I highly recommend coming here.

Pretty awful experience. Food wasn’t hot. Lady on register got an attitude when my son asked for his sandwich to not have pickles and mayo. Even after she argued with him and said “well, just say PLAIN. Don’t make it complicated.” He STILL had pickles and mayo on his sandwich. They left off one of my sides. Dining area was gross. Got to watch management yell and snatch things from workers.

I placed a mobile order which I assumed I could pick up from the drive thru. No, they asked me to come inside. That’s fine, but he definitely grabbed my order from right at the drive thru window…

I got back out to my car to realize that part of my order was missing, so I went back inside. He handed me a snack wrap which was the missing item and I got outside to find that it was the wrong flavor, pickles were missing, and it was extremely small. Definitely not worth the $4 I paid for it.

I wouldn’t typically go here, but had a craving, and after this experience, I definitely won’t be back.

One star is too much! Look at the actual photos of yesterday’s lunch! The chicken sandwich had a tiny cut piece of chicken barely noticeable in the bun. Yes, they served this to us. The three piece chicken tender meal, the tenders were the size of small nuggets. Popeyes this location is making you look bad on every level. $24.00 later we left never to return, we went to actually go get a real lunch some place else. Shame on this location and management. The chicken was stacked up old under lights, this is not up to standards whatsoever.

I ordered from the app on 1/12/26. Let’s start off saying this is the worst location I’ve ever been to. I arrived at home to frozen shrimp in my box, missing a large red beans and rice, missing sauce & incorrect entrees. I’m very disappointed and frustrated. I didn’t drive back due to it being far. I’ll be contacting someone from corporate.

It’s unfortunate, but this place has gone downhill. Did a mobile order, went there just to try the blackened chicken sandwich. When I got home I found they not only forgot my fries but they gave me a regular chicken sandwich which defeated the purpose of even going there. I also got some tenders and got the app offer of free 6 wings. The quality control is ridiculously low here. I’ll try to attach some pics, but the tenders were ridiculously sized and the wings had a full wing in it. Additionally I was the only one in the drive-through and they had me pull ahead and wait because my “food wasn’t ready.” I waited over 10 minutes and no one else ever came through the drive-through, they were not busy. At most two people were inside and already eating. They were also somehow out of both coke zero and diet coke. This place needs a management change.
