I didn’t experience bad customer service, only bad food service. I paid 5.29 for a chicken sandwich, not one chicken tender with buns. I hoped that after several months that the breast would’ve returned to normal size but it actually managed to shrink more. I went in to confirm it wasn’t a mistake and they said the company is charging more for less. This is more so a review of the company’s latest policy changes rather than the actual location. Otherwise it was a good last Popeyes meal. Will save money by eating somewhere else.

Ordered on Uber and they sent a bunch of chicken with three things of coleslaw and mashed potatoes. You can see the receipt for what should have been included. And it all tasted old! I mean at least send some biscuits I could have forgiven it if we had some biscuits!

I went through the drive-thru around 9PM on 7/14/23. Food was good and service was speedy given the long line. I got particularly good service from an older African-American gentleman. He had a great attitude and his enthusiasm was infectious, which is something you don’t see in many service industry folks these days. Keep it up!

Do not waste your money here! Ordered red beans and rice , got chewy uncooked rice and maybe a spoonful of red beans. We’ve tried to give this Popeyes a chance but it is just not good.

When you spend a total of $51.43 to have delivered $42.86 plus tip and they Can’t even get your order right, they have Lost my Business. I ordered the 8 piece Chicken STRIP (Chicken Family Meal) and they give us a mixture of Strips and Nuggets and Only one Biscuit, when I should have gotten 4 with that meal, plus I ordered 4 more, making it a total of eight and like I said we got 1, Unacceptable! I also added a small beans and rice and a small coleslaw! This doesn’t look like it’s worth $15.00 let alone $40.00+! NEVER AGAIN! Oh and they can’t even get the dipping sauces right!! Who are these people who can’t fill a simple order!

I regularly pickup dinner for the entire family. It’s usually a large order. Because Popeye’s had the special fish sandwich we decided for pickup. Order went very smoothly, then I pulled up to pay and offered coupons. I basically got yelled at for having coupons. But they took them, in order to do so, they had to do the order again. But they left out everything that didn’t have a coupon. So they did another order, this time with everything. The receipt was correct. I asked if they got the sides correct. They said they did. I asked about sauce. Yes. They had me wait for a really long time. When they came out I asked about the sauces. They said I didn’t ask for sauces. I said, this is a big deal. I had it written down and showed her. She went back and brought me three sauces only. Figure it there must be other sauces in the bag, I took it. Got home and, though the coupon orders were correct. The rest of the order wasn’t even close. I do not want to go back to this location. The people are rude and do not care about their customers at all!

Poor management, employees are more worried about watching videos on the phone than working. Place is newly built but very dirty inside. It is middle of the summer and the dinning area air condition is off. They also do not communicate if they have certain foods available.

Went inside to order lunch on a Tuesday and did not see anyone working. I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes still did not see any employees. I called out “hello” a few times and still could not find an employee. After 15 minutes I just had to leave.
