Pull up to the drive-through at 10 PM when they close at 11 the intercom had an auto msg saying they were closed despite it clearly reflecting an 11PM close time on the building so I drove up to the window thinking it was broken, the lady said oh no we just only accept mobile orders at the last hour. I’m like where is the sign for that?? But whatever I placed my order online surprise surprise they come back to the window to tell me we don’t have what you ordered. So y am I ordering via online that has stuff open to be purchased that’s not in stock when you could’ve just simply took my order and say you didn’t have abc? So now because I was understandably venting my frustrations on how lengthy and unnecessary they made this process I have to deal with an attitude from a child. Oh it continues to get better…after all of that I asked for a refund to be told we can’t give you a refund since you ordered it online you have go through the online support team!!! Like what type of BS are these people on??!! I’m sitting at the window with this play manager, Oshua however you spell his name and all of a sudden they’re magically able to pull what I ordered out the freezer and cook it within the next 10 minutes. Then to add more insult to the injuries they were talking crap about me like I can’t hear, but I’m the problem?? Right after all the BS that transpired over 30mins I’m the problem, right??! I really wish these companies will stop hiring teenagers because I’m tired of getting childish service!

Update… They now allow you to pick up app order in drive thru. Staff was super friendly. Food was great. Update to the update. They said give us another try, so I did. Happened again today, ordered in the app, they said I needed to come in, so I just ordered the exact same thing at the drive thru without a problem. No change, manager said I don’t care what corporate policy is, this is what we do here. If you are handicapped, do not use the app. Also notice, the owner responses are almost cut and paste. They aren’t even reading the complaints, just blindly pasting responses. Management and owner, don’t appear to care.
UPDATE (original below) : Response from owner, “use app for better service.” My main complaint was that I used the app. The owner response didn’t care enough to actually read and care about the complaint. HILARIOUS!!!!
Poor customer service. Food doesn’t have as much sauce as normal at other Popeyes. Manager is rude. 4th bad experience out of last 5. Done. Sauce was least of my concerns but one squirt the size of a quarter in the middle of the sandwich isn’t standard. Ordered in the app for drive thru, 2 items, a sandwich and and side. They said I need to come in for mobile orders. I got inside and complained. They said it’s policy. There was nobody else in line. A few days earlier I ordered online and they didn’t have my side $3.29ish. I asked if they could replace it with a pie $1.69. Nope, not possible. 2 pies are $2.69ish. Customer service here sucks.

This location seriously needs new management. I ordered ahead online. Order was placed at 8:15pm it is currently 8:41pm and im still sitting waiting. 5 cars behind me have gotten there food and have left. This is absolutely unacceptable. I try to give this location the benefit of the doubt every single time I visit. The service is the worst. They show they are not in a hurry. As typing this review the sixth customer has received their food and left. At this point im going to demand a refund. Its 8:45pm!

I don’t say this often but don’t come to this popeyes. I have been here a few times and it just gets worse. Today I ordered wings and tenders, on the surface everything looked right but the wings usually come in a black box because of the sauce. When I told the lady about it she was rude. It says on my receipt that I ordered sauced wings and I was given plain. She took them put sauce on them in the same container and handed it back with the rudest attitude. I get customer service is annoying but you don’t have to be rude and a jerk to people. The lady was a large woman in all black.

went to location twice my experience was pretty decent … first time i got signature wings(12piece) which fresh but didn’t have enough sauce on drive thru and that was on a Sunday. Went back after 5pm Monday and order mild chicken inside with cajun rice and side of gravy food was fresh and my order was correct… i have no complaints. Customer service was good.

Haven’t been to this location in over a year due to such horrible experiences between food, cleanliness & staff. Stopped by today and had a phenomenal experience. Staff had great customer service, the cleanliness was the best ive seen it, and food tastes fabulous. We will definitely be back!

On Christmas Eve, the manager really helped us (my family) out, she stated that the doors had to be locked by a certain time but she made an exception to allow us in to be seated. Being a large group, she helped us figure out the best options we could benefit from. And for that overall commitment, I want to say thank you! Great experience and customer service!!!

I must say that they have the worst manager and customer service at any Popeyes restaurant I ever been to. You get a box of chicken and ask for hot sauce and the linebacker that’s the manager gets an attitude because she wants to give you 3 packs and you ask for more. She’s so unprofessional and you can tell that she’s insecure within herself. The same behavior every time that I have tried to give them my business. No more….

Every time I go to this Popeyes there is an issue. They are either out of everything, or they screw the order up. Tonight I tried to order a 12 piece tender family meal and was told they don’t have a 12 piece tender family meal when it was clearly on the menu in the drive through. I was then told I could order a 9 piece family meal, so I said fine I’ll just get that I want mild. I get to the window and see them putting normal single serving sides in my bag; I told them I ordered the family meal with large sides and they proceeded to give me three single servings instead of just giving me a large (which I was fine with). I also asked several times for blackened ranch. After I get my food I realized they didn’t give me my blackened ranch I asked for several times so I had to go park and go inside and get it; inside I asked for the blackened ranch and was given attitude and only revived two ranches for the 9 piece. I then asked for more because that wouldn’t be enough and was met with more attitude. After all that and I get home I pull my order out of the bag only to realize the three single serving sides weren’t even filled half way. I could literally put all three in one single serving container (I ordered large sides), and then I open my chicken only to discover they gave me about 4 full size tenders and the rest were just fried batter and giblets, then I proceed to bite one and of course it’s spicy which is fine if I was eating it by myself but kids aren’t gonna eat spicy chicken. So long story short I’m out $27 and diner is ruined. I will not be going back to this Popeyes and will be driving to Bremen or Carrollton or not getting Popeyes at all. Thanks for wasting my money and time.

Used to be the place to go for fast, efficient service but the crew now spends more time jaw jacking than helping the customers. Ownership needs to make an order, wait in the drive thru and see how customers are starting to feel about coming back.
