For the last past year, I don’t know why I keep putting myself through this trouble. This Popeyes in Atlanta/Kennesaw area always missing something on my order . I visited there last week ordered chicken and sides. They were completely out of silverware. SILVERWARE!!! I order Uber eats around 8pm tonight which was four piece of chicken,The chicken was half done. You can still see the batter in the chicken , I also ordered surf and turf, They forgot the shrimp on my order. How can it be a surf and turf with shrimp, I call the restaurant no answer , I am fed up with this restaurant, I will not visit this Popeye’s again as long as I live in Atlanta area.
Update: On my way home tonight at 10 PM ,I stopped by Popeye’s and I told a lady at the drive-through which appeared to be a manager about what happened, I explained it to her that I had ordered Uber eats and my shrimp was left off my order and She was very nice and understanding and she fixed the problem.She prepared me a fresh shrimp . Thank you .

I literally just got home with what was supposed to be a 9 piece family meal with 4 biscuits. Instead, I got a 5 piece meal with only 2 biscuits. How hard is it to get a simple order correct! I tried calling twice……….no answer.

At 9:36p on Thursday, I ordered a 3 piece spicy meal & #1 spicy sandwich meal. I am still waiting on my purchased food with 5 other cars. The restaurant needs new management to better service the growing community as this is unacceptable to be waiting still at 10:21p with no update except “we’re waiting on spicy chicken”. I want a refund but the cashier said the machine was inoperable & the lobby was closed. I will never return to an establishment who prioritizes DoorDash orders over in person orders.

Chicken is raw still have blood , as shown in pictures . I bring it back and all the employees there so are so rude with bad manners. They refuse to refund me . Bad customer service. I got really sick of it .

We came at 7 PM on 1/26/2026 through the drive through. Firstly, we instantly get told to hold on a moment, which I had no problem with, until 10 minutes passed when I had to get their attention again to simply get my order taken. A 2 piece tender combo. We pull up to the window, the guy working the window took our payment, handed me back the card without saying a word. Very unfriendly, we proceed to wait another 10 minutes for no apparent reason so now we’re having to wave staff down to simply get any clarification why we’ve been sitting in this drive thru going on 20 minutes now. The girl working told me it’s the fries, which no one has disclosed to us. Shorty after the first guy hands us our order, I ask for more barbecue sauce, he rolls his eyes. That’s just the customer service part. Which was absolute garbage. The food was even worse, I order 2 tenders, instead I got half a piece of greasy disgusting fried chicken. Don’t come here, their manager should be ashamed.

Chicken is very tasty. But our order was incomplete even though we asked if all pcs were in the bag. Went back to get the missing fried pickles but the dipping sauce was missing (didn’t think i needed to check inside the bag… again) for both pickles and the chix sandwich. I ordered and paid for honey mustard and whole 50 cents. But come on folks. Follow through. Good food, poor service. Make sure you thoroughly check what you think you ordered before leaving the parking lot. Wish I would have read prior reviews. Would have gone elsewhere.

We walked in. Seemed to be about 4-5 people working and only 1-2 cars in the drive thru. No one in line in front of us in the store. Our order was taken quickly, but it took probably 20 mins for us to get our food! It was ridiculous. Like, my meal was just a meat combo, and all the chicken eas already cooked and under the heater. No idea what took so long, but it was unbelievable. We are usually very patient, so this was a bit unacceptable.

Made my order online at 5:40 p.m. I get to Popeyes at 5:55 p.m. I did not get my food until 6: 21 p.m. they ran out of legs. At 5:55 they told me it’ll be 15 minutes for legs. Makes absolutely no sense to make an order online and have to wait another 40 minutes. Didn’t offer anything for my wait.

Went by today to get something to eat for the family. Ordered a 12pcs with the sides but the man( I say man because he was no gentlemen) taking my order was rude and not helpful one bit. No more chicken left so let’s give you half (original) and half (hot) oh yeah there is no more big containers of red beans and rice nor mashed potatoes. So how about we just give you small ones and 2 biscuits. Hey did pack the chicken in separate boxes per request. This was the most unpleasant experience at a drive through. I won’t be coming back here.
