I purchased a 10 piece meal on 02/27/26 at 3:30 pm I the chicken looked old like it had been sitting for a while the oil needs to be changed the chicken has gotten so small I wish I would have taken a picture of it the wing had to come from a baby chick THIS LOCATION Popeyes NEEDS TO DO BETTER NOT ONLY WITH THE FOOD BUT ALSO WITH THERE CUSTOMERS SERVICE THE EMPLOYEES ARE SO RUDE TO THE CUSTOMERS THEY HATE WHEN YOU ASK FOR EVERYTHING TO BE COOKED TO ORDER THEY SERIOUSLY HAVE AND ATTITUDE I WONDER IF THEY DO SOMETHING TO MY FOOD BECAUSE I DON’T TRUST PEOPLE LIKE THAT IT’S THE POPEYES I PAID OVER $24 FOR THIS MEAL LOCATED AT 5329 WENDY BAGWELL PARKWAY HIRAM GA

Javon the store manager is absolutely amazing! They are in the middle of a rush and he gave exceptional service to me and multiple other customers that was in line. I would recommend anybody to come to this location because the chicken is going to be fresh and the staff is friendly.

I got a 50/50 bucket of spicy and original and they gave me 100% original. They marked 50/50 on the box just to acknowledge they knew what it should have been but purposefully gave 100% original because they probably didnt have any spicy chicken made. Since day one this place has been poorly managed. I seemed to get served by the same employee who does something like this everytime. No ethics, just lazy service and constant attempts to give people things they didn’t ask for because they dont want to cook anymore or simply cant manage demand. The place is filthy and constantly out of stock on common items. Get you a manager that cares for God sake. It’s been like 17 years of this garbage service. I don’t even know why I try. Its good when it’s right but it never is.

I had to take a moment to shout out Amber for her amazing patience and kindness. Popeyes is known for having some rough attitudes at times, but Amber was the complete opposite. She took her time with me, stayed professional, and made sure my order was exactly right. Her customer service was a breath of fresh air.
Amber is definitely a five-star employee and Popeyes needs more people like her!

This singlehandedly has to be the WORST restaurant in Hiram. There is ALWAYS an issue with quality of service and quality of food. After today I will never visit this particular location again. I waited nearly 30 minutes for someone to bag my order up only to find out it would be a wait for macaroni. Instead of waiting who knows how much longer I requested a refund. When I requested the refund the manager on duty (brown skin male with locs) instantly got irritated so I asked him his name and why doesn’t he have on a name tag so people can know who’s in charge. He told me he doesn’t have to tell me what his name is and that he doesn’t have to wear a name tag (another employee told me his name is Devon). Upon signing my receipt for my refund I asked once again for his name and he doubled down with not telling me his name and that was AFTER I told him I would be notifying corporate for his rude service as a person of authority. If this is the type of management this location has running its store I can see why the service has become so poor. Its starts with management and in this case management simply doesn’t care.

This is the 1st time that I have been able to dine in at this location since before COVID. When I drove up, this young lady was sitting in the dining room on her phone and when we walked in she jumped up and went behind the counter to take our order. When I went to grab a table, EVERYONE OF THEM had crumbs on them! After we sat down, she came back out into the dining room and was BACK on her phone instead of cleaning off tables. I was able to speak with a manager who is taking care of the issue, but he shouldn’t have to address this as it is common sense and part of the job! I should NOT have been able to take as many photos of this filthy dining room as I did with the number of customers coming in, without it getting cleaned! It all boils down to being lazy, not being held accountable, and morals (wanting to ride the clock to get a paycheck without actually doing the job).

I ordered the 18pc Spicy Bone-In Wing Group Pack online for $21.39, but when I got home, I found only 5 small wings and 3 thighs in the box. Nobody answered the phone when I tried to address the issue. With food prices as high as they are, it’s disappointing not to get what you paid for. Be cautious when ordering here—the negative reviews seem accurate. What is up with the wings because Wingstop is yet another place that doesn’t give people what they ordered or the correct amount of food. Ugh. This is my sign to just stick to cooking at home.
