If there is a policy for customer No service the manager at this Popeyes nailed it! Our family went there in the afternoon to grab a bite. There was no greeting at the front counter. The cashier stood there and said nothing. No smile , no can I help you, nothting . We ask to place our order. The CSR was not content with interacting with the customers. Also, the manager was very loud communicating among the employees and was very rude to an Uber driver who came in to pick up an order speaking at them very loudly without patients and the receipt that was handed to us was so faint it could not be read. We asked if they could reprint the receipt and the manager said No we don’t have any ink for the printer and walked away. There were no other customers waiting on their food order to be complete and we waited for for over 25 minutes for a couple of chicken sandwiches , and shrimp. We were told to have a seat that they would bring it to us but when it was ready. They hollered across the restaurant that your order was ready and to come to the counter and pick it up.
After we received our food we went back to the counter and asked if we could get some cocktail sauce. The manager said they were out of supplies and made no offer of any other kind of sauce and walked away.
After we returned to our seats to eat our food, we could constantly hear the manager being very loud and boisterous behind the counter. Not the best atmosphere for a family. We’ve always enjoyed the atmosphere and eating at Popeyes but this one on Riverstone Pkwy in Canton certainly left a bad taste in our mouth. We will not be returning.

Frist time I went The chicken was not done so I took home recooked it. The 2nd time I went The chicken was not done so I told them y’all need to cook your chicken longer Some Guy said it’s cooked I said look here I open chicken up it was Bleeding on the inside. So I told him the first time I took it home and we cooked it I said, but there’s no cause Not being cooked So I want my money back. I got it He tried to give me a pie I said no thanks I went out the door. I’ve never went back When I’m sitting at red light I won’t even look that way. I go to Publix and get their chicken I don’t have to spend my money there. Now the Popeyes in Marietta, it’s really good. So my hat off to the people in Marietta. To the people in Canton, Georgia Just cook your chicken longer are turn Your deep fryer up .

I have been to this locations a few times and I know to expect a little wait due to the fact that it is chronically understaffed. My kids still like it so I ordered on the mobile app thinking it would give them more time to prepare our food to limit the wait. We waited over 1 hour for our food. On top of that instead of 12 tenders they put 4 piece of bone in chicken. This is embarrassing. I don’t understand why corporate doesn’t close this store. If you can’t serve fast food in an hour you should close the doors. I’ve worked in fast food and have plenty of patience but this is too much. I’ve added a great picture of my tenders

I came in here at 3 or 4 pm and the employees upfront were wonderful. Their customer service is exceptional. Kyle came and brought us our fries. He treated every customer greatly. I can’t remember the other employee name but she’s so sweet. Ive Interacted with her before and she’s so wonderful. I enjoy it when she calls us baby its so endearing.

Had the worst experience at this location. Ordered 10 piece dark meat and spicy, after waiting literally 30 minutes the staff is putting in all different pieces of chicken that is not spicy. He then goes on to tell me I would have to wait another 15-20 minutes if I wanted those pieces. Mind you..I literally repeated my order 3 times amd still had this experience smh

Staff yelling at each other in front of customers. Completely unprofessional. Everyone is in the back yelling at each other loud enough to hear across the restaurant. The food is great except the chicken itself is always low quality. I believe it’s the manager that started all the yelling. Not sure who is at fault but it just wasn’t handled professionally at all.

Wanna wait 35 minutes for your food? Come here! Otherwise, avoid.
And after waiting for so long the “fresh” tenders I ordered were incredibly bland, and had almost no crunch to them as the skin was soggy. The chicken, while cooked, was rushed off the line too soon. And not as done as they should of been. With the soggy consistency and the fact it didn’t cook for the time it needed; they tenders were nigh inedible.
The new cashier at the front was pleasant enough about it; and about the only pleasant part of the experience.

I recently had an exceptional experience at Popeyes, and I want to commend Albert, the manager, for his outstanding service. Albert’s dedication to customer satisfaction was evident as he ensured our orders were perfect and promptly handled any concerns (of which there were none). The team’s efficiency under his leadership was remarkable, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The delicious, crispy chicken, coupled with Albert’s exceptional management, made my visit truly enjoyable. Kudos to Albert and the entire Popeyes team for delivering a top-notch dining experience!

Cheryl went above and well beyond. She advised me of a special that wasn’t posted. Then she had Joseph drop fresh chicken. Joseph then offered a free wing because the wings were really small. Once the chicken was up Cheryl brought us our food as we sat waiting in the dining area. My chicken is hot, fresh and delicious. The fries are hot and crunchy, a delicious meal and I can take a few pieces of chicken home for later.
