Amazing place, I love it the regular fried chicken from this place, I came here to this location multiple times and always I recommend the same Big Box combo, they also offer bundles for family meal super recommended, usually I just like the regular fried chicken from here for the crunchy, it’s fantastic. I used to no eat spicy or wings from here because aren’t too good than another specially places like sell just wings (own opinion) the rest the customer service depending the mood of the cashier it’s so so bc they speak so quick and aren’t patient with no native speaker to attend sometimes. But if you go to order the same combo as always will be good with any problems.

I visited this facility last night around 9 pm.
I ordered the $5 chicken box. Please make sure the chicken is seasoned and cooked properly. It was not cooked until well done. Stop rushing the process. You must have patience. Customers do not mine waiting.

After a certain time of day which I would say about 5-6pm the food is always old especially the sides. It’s no point in staying open late if you’re going to serve old food after a certain time, just close early. Also, the blackened tenders are always hard as a rock! I know they are not as popular but some of us really enjoy them over the fried option. I rather you drop them fresh and make me wait than serve me hours old small pieces of blackened chicken. It’s ridiculous at this point.

Tonight I ordered food via door dash and they did not make sure the correct driver had my order. They refused to remake the order and I spent $36 to receive a lemonade with NO FOOD that did not belong to me. Now it’s two customers that did not receive their food tonight. I am totally dissatisfied with their service and we have no food and I have to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back.

I want to share a recent experience that was disappointing and, honestly, frustrating.
I placed an online order expecting it to be ready when I arrived. Because the dining area was closed due to construction, I had to use the drive-thru. At the intercom, I clearly stated that I was there to pick up my online order and was told to proceed to the window.
When I reached the window, the order was not ready. I was asked to pull forward and wait. I questioned this since it was a single online order and should have been prepared already, but I was given no explanation and was simply told to move ahead.
What made the situation worse was that customers who ordered after me at the window received their food before I did, while I continued waiting. After nearly 20 minutes, my food finally arrived. When I asked why the order was delayed, the response I received was rude and dismissive: “Here is your food, it’s ready now.”
That response and attitude were unacceptable.
This isn’t a one-off issue. Online orders are frequently not ready on arrival, and the lack of communication combined with rude behavior makes the experience even worse. I understand that the restaurant is under renovation, but no amount of remodeling matters if team members are not properly trained in customer service and basic order handling.
Sometimes I genuinely wonder why places like Chick-fil-A are consistently busy. The answer is simple: professional, well-trained team members who communicate clearly and treat customers with respect.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because better training and accountability would go a long way toward improving the customer experience.

1-Star. Do not waste your money at this Popeyes.

I ordered for my team on Saturday, 1/17/26 with an 11:30 pickup time. They LIED and stated it was for 4pm, because they did not have their Shhh together. When one of our team members presented the receipt, Crazy works!! NO ACCOUNTABILITY AT ALL!! The food wasn’t ready, and when it finally came out, it tasted like they fried it with zero seasoning. Like come on POPEYES, REALLY??

The order was for two 30-piece, a 16-piece, and an 8-piece that was supposed to be all wings. The chicken had no flavor and no seasoning at all.

Then to top it off, they sent ketchup instead of hot sauce… and we didn’t even order fries. We only ordered coleslaw and mashed potatoes.

The service was horrible. No accountability. No apology. Nothing.

They’re renovating the inside and honestly, they shouldn’t even be open if this is the level of service and quality they’re going to put out. NEVER AGAIN!!

If you want better chicken, do not go here.

I’ve tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt on numerous occasions, but it’s just terrible. To begin with, I felt rushed trying to order my food in the drive-through which I ordered a five piece Tinder meal just to finally get to work and decide to eat and realized they only gave me four pieces. I asked for barbecue sauce just for them not to put it in a bag which I then had to honk my horn and ask again just to be handed 1 cup almost as if I was asking for too much. Even after all of that, I still said, thank you and told the lady to have a good day and she just shuts the window on me.. Mind you this is only my latest experience as I’ve said before I’ve tried to give this place to benefit of the doubt, but I promise I won’t be back.

I wish I could rate this as a 1. I still have my receipt number if corporate wants to contact me. The cashier asked me to come to the window to order. And then proceeded to get my entire order wrong. I requested a refund. I was offered no apology. Your staff looked at me like I was crazy for expecting the food that I ordered. She then couldn’t even remember that I had paid in cash and not card. I had literally paid 2 minutes ago. And I had asked for a fry sauce too and she just handed me a random sauce after I paid for it and I had to ask her for a different one. I was never given an apology after they lied and wasted my time. I expect someone to contact me.

The chicken was excellent and hot. Five star for the food. And the staff were working really hard. Unfortunately the atmosphere, meaning the restaurant itself, was suffering. There were zero condiments or napkins available. No honey for the biscuits. You had to ask the staff for sweet tea and napkins and anything else. It’s as if everything was stolen in the common area.
