Please beware that this location is independently owned, per staff, and does NOT have to abide by published, corporate advertising standards. If there is a promotion running, you DO NOT get a choice about what THEY want to give you. Be prepared to be disappointed if you have an expectation based on what you see advertised. And, ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER before leaving the premises. Finally, DO NOT expect much in the line of customer service. It’s sad. The building has been remodeled, but the ethics and morale have not. Try another location. You may find better luck, there!

The LARGE side dishes weren’t even close to being full. Not a good value for the price and time spent waiting in line. $4.99 each for a NOT FULL side container.

Our experience was really good! The food was hot & fresh and the staff was nice. They didn’t have one item we order however they easily replaced it with something else. I really appreciate staff that work in the food industry a little kindness goes a long way!

I went through the drive thru. Was told to hold, sure, not a problem. I proceed to let them know I had a coupon code… No reply… So i start ordering. After ordering, I let her know again I have a coupon code. She says I needed to tell her before!! I said Sorry, you didn’t hear me but can you void it off and redeem my coupon. She said no, they can’t do that. Seriously worst service ever and food takes 10 years to get to you.. Save yourself money, time and a headache.

I don’t have an issue with my order. I went into the store 07/15/23 & from what I heard they just opened back up. I know they remodeled this location but somebody forgot to pay the AC bill cuz it was hot in there. I’m looking at the employees like don’t see how yall sitting in here working with no ventilation.
