Jan 17, 2026 update. I returned to the restaurant later that same evening and the manager apologized and offered to replace the whole meal on the 17th. When I returned, the manager made good on his offer, but I didn’t want a whole meal. I only wanted and accepted the missing items.
Jan, 16, 2026. I drove 26 miles round trip and this location didn’t get my online order right. Look at the receipt, look at the chicken. Not a wing or leg to be found. I have lost all trust at this restaurant, now I have to open the box, count the pieces and make sure I have the correct pieces before I leave the store. Totally unnecessary!
Tried calling the store, got a constant busy signal.

Both my husband and I ordered cheese and mac and neither of us got it. Unfortunately we didn’t check until we got home. They also didn’t let us know they didn’t have the drink I ordered until we were at the window to pay. I would have changed my order to something without drink. At the window when I said to take the drink off my order since they didn’t have what I wanted they just said my order comes with a drink. The biscuits did not taste good either. I would not recommend this restaurant.

UPDATE: Filled out the web form I was told to fill out. Still no resolution to my damaged property. Not even a response.
I order my food to be delivered. The delivery guy (who worked for Door Dash) started yelling at me when I told him the instructions were to leave it at the door. Then he backed over our mailbox. It’s on video. I lodged a complaint with Popeyes. They escalated the issue the told me I need to take it up with Dopr Dash and ghosted me. Door Dash doesn’t have a record of my order because they were a sub through Popeyes. I will never eat at a Popeyes again.

I placed an order online and everything was ready and packaged when I got there. The restaurant was clean. The food tasted freshly made to order. The order was correct. One of the best experiences I’ve had with Popeyes in a long time. Thanks everyone to Popeyes on E Main Street!

I think the food is delicious. I have been there 3 times, and every time the food has been great. It does take quite awhile to get your food, even on app orders. When I go in, I have only seen 2 or 3 employees. It may just be a staffing issue. The food hasn’t seemed to have suffered though.

This place need better management. The person working the counter kept scratching her arm because of a new tattoo while she filling peoples order. Nobody greeted us, employee playing around and knock something on the floor and they were playing while customers waiting. But me and the kids left after seeing a phone on the same table as food is prepared and the young lady who could not stop scratching her arm

Took too long and the chicken was dry!
I asked for no wings in my 9 piece chicken dinner for $20.00 and asked please only thighs, breast and legs. Sure thing I was told.
I got about 4 wings = less thighs, less legs and plenty of dried breast.
I came from york, so I feel it was a wasted trip and family meal
