I ordered the 3-piece Tenders combo and I paid $13, these Tenders used to be pretty large, however, the ones I got were like nuggets, and the worst part…one of them was undercooked! I could not eat it, it was hard as rock. This has been by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Popeye’s. I would give it zero stars if I could.

I came here and received excellent service from the cashier. The staff seemed like they were working pretty hard and the cashier went above and beyond to ensure my order was to my liking. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty. The restaurant was clean.

I’m not sure when the other reviewers went to this location but the morning crew is top notch! Personnel changes happen all the time. For me, the customer service personnel were very friendly and the food was great. It’s a popular place and with Mauldin only having on location, I can see how the demand could affect order turnaround. Overall it was a good experience for me and I was very pleased with the food and service! Cheers!

They were out of almost everything on the menu, then when we finally got 2 sandwich meals for 25 dollars and pulled up to the window the drive thru girl said “throw it in the microwave.” The food was almost inedible. The buns were hard, probably from being microwaved. The chicken patty on the sandwich was less than half the size of the bun and was absolutely drenched in spicy sauce. The sprites we ordered to drink didn’t have any syrup in them. The fries were okay though, basically the only edible part of the whole meal.

Maybe someone at this restaurant would explain to me why I paid 12 dollars for a platter and had to pay 50 cents more just to get the side of mac and cheese. Here a news flash, it wasn’t worth the original 12 let alone the additional 50 cents.

The most disgusting restaurant I’ve ever visit. You can go to gas station and it’s not this dirty. And these picture was taken at 11:27am so this mean that they didn’t clean the store when they closed the previous night. If the appearance look this bad in the front, just imagine how they prepare in the kitchen area cooking and storing their food. I couldn’t even eat here. I wanted to report them so badly to headquarters. But had a hard time finding the information to do so. They need to closed down if they’re not going to have PRIDE!

This location has been open for the past 4-5 years and has been the worse Popeyes I’ve ever experienced. It’s had to shutdown twice since being open because the workers and service was so horrible. This visit was no different. Ever since you all have brought back the ghost pepper wings every time I’ve gone to this location I’ve been told they’re either out or frozen. I’ve literally been driving 20 miles out the way to go to the Popeyes in Greer because this location is so horrible. Yesterday was no different, I ordered the wings on the app I get there and they told me the only wing they have are frozen, at 3 PM in the afternoon, That means they weren’t pulled at the correct time for them to be thawed out. And I was hungry so allowed her to give me what she had so I could go. But whoever runs this location needs to have the Greer location come and whip then into shape because they are all lazy and the young lady at the window is RUDE.

Horrible experience at Popeyes today. The service was slow and the food was cold. I had to wait in the drive thru for about 25 mins to order and receive the food. After I received the food, I realized I was given the wrong order. I tried to rectify the issue by going inside, however the doors to the restaurant were locked despite a sign hanging in the window advertising the dining room is supposed to be open 10am-10pm everyday. I knocked on the window, however the employees ignored me. I then attempted to call the restaurant to explain the issue and the call was sent to voicemail (i believe the phone was unplugged or turned off). So I was unable to fix the issue unless I wanted to wait in the drive thru for another 25 mins. If I could give 0 out of 5 stars I would.

I’m from Grand Rapids Michigan and I didn’t think it was a Popeyes down here in Greenville SC but when I found out it was we ordered door dash and it took an hour an half to receive our order and I had no complaints the chicken and the sides was hot only complaint I had was we ordered the strawberry biscuits but didn’t receive them other then that I was satisfied . But I’m gonna need to be reimbursed for my strawberry biscuits
