Waited in the drive thru for a few minutes and finally went inside because no one was taking orders. There were piles of food inside in the heater that cannot possibly be used within their hold time. I asked about the size of the chicken tender inside the wraps and was told they’re a good size so I ordered. Both tenders were pitifully small and our fries were cold.

I went up there for a simple red beans and rice and cup of water then went to the first window to pay by a young lady. I payed the first time and she said it didn’t go through. Me not thinking too much of it, tapped my card again and was charged $3.88 the second time. I drove off ready to enjoy my hot meal and get a notification saying my card was charged 7.69. I was confused because I only gotten red beans and rice so I call down there thinking it would be easily handled but apparently the price of either purchases weren’t popping up on their side of the screen. So in total I’ve spent $11.57 on red beans and rice!

Just close the doors and retrain everyone except the cashier. Never go here for lunch break unless you want to spend half your lunch trying to get your order correct. I’m hoping the uncleanliness displayed in these pics are just a result of a very busy lunch hour (it was about 2:30p when these were taken). I’m still a fan of Popeye’s great flavor, but at $40+ for 3 small meals, it will be another long time before I get the cravin’ for their flavin’.

Been here many times and do pick up orders. Now suddenly they say they can’t be picked up in the drive thru and need to come inside. I’ve already paid for this and then go in and they’re out of half the order. Maybe tell someone that in the drive thru or update your website your out of half your menu options. Then, they wouldn’t refund the order when I was already there. Horrible service

We stopped for a family meal and had a short wait, which wasn’t an issue. The staff were all super friendly and the new manager felt so bad about our wait that he tossed in some free food. Very unexpected and kind! I also want to mention that a guy clearly on his break smoking still looked up from his phone and greeted us as we walked towards the entrance. Southern friendliness abounds! And the food was fresh and hot.

I have never witnessed such rude service from a manager. Last night, 2-25-2026, I witnessed and experienced extremely rude service from the manager toward me and her customers. In all my years working in restaurants or being a customer we, I have never seen such rude unprofessional behavior. My order took over 1 hour to complete. Stay away.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and the chicken was the smallest chicken patty I have ever seen. And it was hard as a rock. This was not a chicken breast. This looked more like a processed patty of some sort. It was disgusting. The bun was huge and there was barely any chicken in the sandwich. It had a terrible old taste like it had been sitting for hours. I will not be back

Stay away!!! 45 min!!! Slowest drive thru I have ever seen. They are only capable of taking 1 order at a time. There was only 2 peoplen in front of me and it took 15 to 20 min just to take each person’s order. They clearly dont care since there are dozens of the same complaints and they are not doing a single thing about it. They reply saying they will contact management to fix the issue but it is clearly a lie. They are doing nothing to fix the issue.
