10/10 Recomend! Their chicken is delicious! The fries and biscuits were scrumptious!!! Food was served so hot it was a delightful sight! The customer service was welcoming and kind! The atmosphere was very pleasing, and their team did an incredible job at keeping the dining area clean and tidy!

I honestly do not know where Some of these lower reviews are coming from maybe because it was busy when they came or it was late at night because I frequent this particular Popeyes probably twice or three times a week from the Manager to all the staff. They have always been very professional friendly. The food has been outstanding. I’ve had nothing but positive things to say about this particular Popeyes. I used to go to the one in Surfside at the beginning but they started I guess losing Quality workers but this particular location has always been on point. I pray that the new one in front of Walmart on 50 one by Carolina Forest succeeds as well because we don’t need another Popeyes shutting down. They need to have a staff and a manager like the one they have here and they will completely be a success at that location. I like to think that staff there for always being friendly, always have quality food and recognize a customer when they walk in. I hope the staff sees this.

Food took a while but it was hot and tasted fresh. However, they messed up my order. I ordered two chicken sandwich meals, one with a side of pickles. When I got my bag of food I saw one of the bags had at least three sides of fries. So, I went inside to ask them to fix my order and get the missing side of pickles. After I waited about 15 minutes for a side of pickles.. one of the employees came out to give it to me but decided to dig into my bag of fries with her bare hands to show me a side of pickles that was squished underneath another side of fries the whole time. I attempted to apologize because I had assumed they got it wrong since there were THREE fries and not just one, and instead of just giving me the fresh one, she just took it back to the kitchen. She was very unprofessional, making faces and shaking her head at me as though I was trying to get a free extra side or something?? When, instead, I simply wasted an extra 20 minutes and got to eat soggy pickles. All of that, and no sauce in the bag.
There was also a large group of men seemingly on their lunch break that began cat calling me and staring me down the whole time. I did not feel safe at this location. Though this building is sparkly and new, I feel as though it will go downhill quickly.
Hopefully, they can make some changes and push for professionalism. I shall remain optimistic!

This was my first official time coming to Popeyes. I’ve had it before from work meetings or what not But I’ve say the customer service is top-notch. I requested an extra bag to help carry the food. I wasn’t really expecting much but she gave me a nice bag with a smile on her face so I appreciate that.

Was on the other side of town and had Popeyes for lunch for the first time in many years. Glad I did. Everyone was nice and helpful. My chicken, chicken sandwich and sides came out hot and delicious. Ordering through the App is the way to go. Wish there was a location closer to my home.

A Popeyes on 501 in Myrtle Beach! Yay! Did a pick up order via the app. Got a free welcome two-piece chicken. Thanks! Also, ordered wings. Had the famous Cajun rice and beans side. All in all the chicken and side was very good. I ordered the two-piece as white. It came with a good size breast but sadly a shriveled overcooked wing. However, I also ordered six wings which were very good and meaty. The Popeyes off 17 Business in the Ocean Lakes Plaza is usually very busy so I am so happy to have found this one near me on 501 and there was absolutely no wait for pickup through the drive-thru on a Thursday at 4: 15pm. The window server was very friendly. You can only enter on 501 going east. Popeyes is the third is the third business on the right after Seaboard. Be careful or you will miss it.

This Popeyes really needs to get it to get it together. I just sat outside and waited 20 minutes 20 whole minutes and then had to send somebody inside to get my food in the drive-through!! Every single time I come to this Popeyes there is always an issue in the issue. Seems to be waiting. I’m not sure who the manager is who’s managing or who’s working but we’re still waiting for food and it is now been 25 minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous.
