I’ve been to this location twice. Both times I have been has been horrible. I gave it a second shot because maybe it was just a bad night but I was wrong. It’s ALWAYS bad. The first time I went out order was just sad. Red beans and rice had about 5 beans in it, chicken tenders were about the size of my pinky, classic chicken was spicy when the receipt says classic, barley any gravy for the mashed potatoes, and no sauces included when asked at the drive through. The second time, I ordered at 7:05 pm , receipt was checked out at 7:27pm and then they still had to cook the food. I ended up being handed the food at 7:34 pm yet when I checked inside the bag to make sure I had all the sauces I ordered for my 50$ order were inside (guess what) they weren’t in there so I then had to go back inside to get them. I ended up pulling off at 7:39pm. You’re telling me it takes 35 minutes to get DRIVE THROUGH CHICKEN! If you go here don’t say you haven’t been warned. This is the worst establishment of Popeyes I have EVER been to. Time stamps included in photos

Top 5 Fast Food Chicken Sandwich. I had the Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo. The chicken was tender and juicy with the perfect amount of spice. My side of Mashed potatoes were also tasty. The service was friendly and efficient. My meal was served hot. This was the first Popeyes that I saw have a self-order kiosk. This was also the smallest Popeyes with only 24 dine-in seats.

Website and App says opens at 10am but the workers say they dont open until 10:30am. So I waited until 10:32 for them to take my order. Then waited another 15min for the food. I ordered a 5pc tender and only received 3. The employees were nice, thats about it, but im sure that wont last long.

I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes!!!! 10 minutes before I got to the window then another 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my money. Drove away after that and never ate there. Good luck in a busy area with lots of choices. GOOGLE won’t let me give a 1 star review. Changes it to 2 stars automatically that’s how bad they are.

This is for the Popeyes at 2885 US-501, Conway, SC 29526. We ordered a 9 piece classic special (2 breasts, 3 legs, 4 thighs) with 4 biscuits and a large side online Superbowl Sunday for 5:30pm. There was a wait which was fine, but they ran out of white meat altogether. Then my husband saw them going into the deep fryer section with what looked to be grocery store bought packages of chicken! This meant the chicken wasn’t marinated overnight and it was stringy, tough and didn’t taste good. We also didn’t get the biscuits.
We REALLY love the Popeyes on 2123 US-501, Myrtle Beach, SC and we’ll make sure to go there.
