The staff are always pleasant and friendly.
There’s one staff, Aquatawn I’ve gotten to know that’s usually at the drive through. She ALWAYS acknowledges me with a friendly hi how are you doing and with a beautiful smile.
There’s also a manager named Brenda, who had the staff take care of my order that needed to be fixed.
There was never any back and forth words about my order once she knew what had to be done. It’s so good to see a manager that doesn’t mind getting her hands dirty when help is needed.
Excellent customer service all the time.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in, lady was very nice but the store was very dirty. Seats, tables, floors sticky, bathroom dirty, glass door walking in was extremely dirty, maybe it was just a bad day for them but it’s only 10am, also our order was wrong. Won’t be going back to this

Giving three stars for the speed of service, not the food. I drove up on a Saturday at lunchtime to see the drive through wasn’t moving. I instead walked inside to order. The line was slow moving inside as well. I even noticed people in the drive through pulling out and parking to order inside. I think it could be due to a staff shortage since the employees all appeared to be working quickly. Once we ordered the food came out quickly. The chicken sandwiches were delicious and my boyfriend liked the Mac and cheese as well.

Popeyes has always been my favorite fried chicken food chain. And when you grow up eating it in the deep south, specifically Louisiana and mississippi, it just hits different. My experience with this location and other local popeyes, is that there is consistent disappointment. The service is very slow and there is something simply missing about the food quality. You can taste that they almost have the recipe, but it’s usually cold overcooked, undercooked, or just off. What’s really been a thorn in my side as of late, is that I had my last two orders by delivery, and they never follow the order notes. For both orders I requested and paid for certain sauces for the nuggets, wings, and / or chicken strips. They consistently do not send condiments or sauces, even when payed for in addition. It almost feels like there’s some scam quality to this oversight. Sorry, but your food is not good enough to be eaten without the paired sauces.

I just left there like an idiot without checking my food 1st. Because when you have to wait as long as I did and watch 20 people leave before you get a simple chicken sandwich, you’d better check the order. I ordered fries and red beans and rice..they did not even give me the rice. All of the drinks were bad and flat. I am Not happy or satisfied

So disappointed…. After waiting for 2 months for the chicken sandwich craziness to subside, I decided to pick up sandwiches for lunch for me and my family. Well $40 later I couldn’t be more disappointed and upset. Clearly the management team there is trying to save a buck and earn a little extra from the customer. I’ve seen picture after picture and watched video after video about how BIG these sandwiches are and let me tell you, they were not big at all. It was very clear to me that the restaurant is cutting the breasts in half and serving them. Every sandwich was a nub of chicken surrounded by bun and pickle. I was, and feel ripped off by these terrible practices. Needless to say I will never return to this store and maybe never even others after this. I intend to inform corporate and hopefully something will be done about these obvious shady business practices.
