Stopped by Sunday night for dinner and Christina the manger was amazing. Placed my order went to get my drink and table and before I could sit down she brought my food out to my table. Not something you expect in fast food. She was so pleasant and friendly. Nothing was missing and my food was hot and fresh. Will definitely come back. Great Job Popeyes on this wonderful employee.

Think I am totally done with this establishment! Ordered on the mobile app for a pick up at 505! Showed up nothing even started! After standing and waiting for 25 min food was given too me! Only to find out they missed 2 of my items! One was the ghost pepper wings! Wanted boneless to get home and find bone in! But no sauce on them cause no one knew anything about what was supposed to be on it! Ordered a large Mac and cheese to find it half empty! This place has gone down hill and for what it cost to eat out it’s not worth it!

Haven’t been here in months, came here tonight because my kids wanted fnaf. Wow what a difference bathrooms were clean and didn’t smell. The cashier Brittany was smiling and the food was fresh. I asked about the difference I was told they had a new manager. They seem to have gotten a good one.

Before moving to Gaffney I had given up on Popeyes. Nothing they did satisfied me. In Nov 2025 I was craving wings, but something different. I saw a sign at Popeyes of Gaffney and decided.. why not. I’m glad I did. The girl up front was awesome. The guy cooking.. awesome.. The food.. awesome… Popeyes of Gaffney is more my go to for chicken.. especially wings.. Ghost Pepper dry rub with blackened ranch sauce… awesome!

My husband went through the drive-thru and ordered ONE strip meal. There was nobody else in the line and nobody visible on the inside either but he had to “pull up” to wait, as usual. After 30 minutes of waiting and already paying he backed back up to the window only to see the staff in a room off to the side, playing on a cell phone. He got someone’s attention and she wasn’t happy to be disturbed from the cell phone fun, gave him attitude and handed him the now cold order. There’s rarely any customers there so why not play on their phones when it’s empty the other 75% of the day???

There was one other car in the drive-through. We had to wait on our sandwiches. They were out of tea and Coke. And when we got home, our order was wrong. We had ordered one classic and one spicy chicken sandwich.We got two spicy chicken sandwiches. No pickles on either sandwich. The lady at the drive-through was not friendly at all.

This was by far the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. The restaurant was filthy, and staff were handling food with bare hands. When I raised concerns, both the employee and the manager responded with profanity and attempted intimidation instead of professionalism. The manager dismissed the issue by saying, “I’m just going to give you your refund,” while the employee in question walked out from behind the counter, cussing the entire time trying to use his size to intimidate us. If you’re traveling through this area, save yourself the frustration and avoid this location entirely.
