I came on vacation and was completely blown away in shock I still cannot believe this is reasonable. A family meal for $39.99 contains kid size fries and mash potatoes. This is completely unreasonable. Do not eat at this location.

ok, first off, 2 stars cause the food was hot and the service was great. but what happened to the size of the tenders? these are more like nuggets? and why can’t i get the mango tea simply cause there’s a discount? also, i got sick tonight. this is the third time i have ordered the tenders and haven’t felt well. i don’t think they’re cooking them all the way, but when i get the regular chicken, it’s fine. please do better.

My boyfriend and I stopped here on our drive back home. We ordered online through the Popeyes app and I was able to get a 6 piece tender meal that came with two sides and two biscuits for a reasonable price. I also ordered a large mac and cheese. We set the order for 6:50 pm, and we got there to see that they were closing at 7 pm due to staffing issues. I did not know this, otherwise I would have selected somewhere else to eat to help the employees not have a stressful closing! But, even though we showed up ten minutes before they closed, they were very graceful and kind. The food was nice, but I did not get my mac and cheese due to what was in stock, and I also did not get my sauces. But hey, I came 10 minutes before closing and I cannot be too mad about that. The food we did get was good.

Terrible experience at this Popeyes. The food was not cooked properly — it was undercooked and tasted off. When I pointed it out, the staff didn’t even apologize or offer to fix it. They acted like it was no big deal and just ignored the issue.
Very unprofessional and careless service. No accountability, no courtesy, and definitely no quality. I expect at least basic respect and properly prepared food when I pay for a meal.
Won’t be coming back to this location — they clearly don’t care about customers or food safety.

It is a close toss-up with Popeyes classic chicken sandwich and The Bo’ chicken.
The Popeyes classic seems to be more flavor and fresher. As well as not overly oily. Popeyes is less money, too.
I think Popeyes is actually better. Now, if they offered a senior discount, that would really drive it home.

First, I went through the drive-thru but the screen jumps so much that I had to go inside so I can pay closer attention. I wear glasses and they’re not good ones so all that jumping wasn’t working for me out there. On the inside I can pay more attention. So I ordered the number six wings, is what it says. I didn’t know until I got back to my room that they were actually wingettes. I know y’all have some whole wings up in there. You need to make distinct descriptions. I did not want wingettes. I wanted whole wings. Then I was telling the young lady that my boyfriend wanted dirty rice and she said, “oh we have Cajun rice”. I said, you do? Well it’s not up on the screen. And she turned around and look and she was like “Oh, it’s not, is it” . So, I got the cajun rice like I wanted. I’m thankful for that except when I got back to the room and We tasted it, there was no flavor what-so-ever. So, that was a disappointment. Then when I was ordering for myself I said I wanted the popcorn shrimp and she said, “we no longer sell popcorn shrimp”, then I said well it’s on the screen and you don’t have it and Cajun rice is not on the screen and you do have it. The company needs to update the menu. I wasn’t being rude to her with the conversation we were having We were laughing at the whole thing. She was a sweet young lady. I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name. The one thing I did enjoy was the rice and beans. Since I couldn’t get the popcorn shrimp I ordered the boneless wings. You all should have just called those things chicken nuggets as small as they were. And they were not fresh. They were a little on the tough side.

It’s located near two of their top competitors yet it had a CONSTANT fluid flow of patrons both inside and through the drive thru with the least overhead in payroll than any fast food location I’ve seen in years… GREAT teamwork men!

Whenever I go to this Popeyes it’s always so clean, the service is great and my food is always amazing. I order the sweet n spicy wings with Mac and cheese whenever I eat at Popeyes and they’ve never disappointed. I’ll be visiting this location often.
