I’ve been here 6 times since they opened, and every time there’s been exceptionally long waits, 5 times they were out of something, once even buns for their sandwiches. And tonight after I finally got to the speaker and was told “welcome to Popeyes, I’ll be right with you” waited another 25 minutes while 3 cars who got there after me went to the outer lane and were taken care of. Finally I pulled up to the window and the guy said oh I didn’t know you were waiting. Luckily he took my order and I only had to wait another 10 minutes for my food. I understand that the first couple of weeks of any new business is a learning curve, but I hope they soon get it together!

We literally just left after waiting 40 minutes for our order (8 piece family meal with one side), and when we asked what was going on and why it took so long, an employee just shrugged her shoulders and said “oh well” before turning her back on us like it wasn’t her problem. It was beyond crazy to wait for 40 minutes for fried chicken, but even crazier that we were treated like that by someone in a customer service role.

(UPDATED) Okay so since my original 4 or 5 visits. . . . This place has chang3d DRASTICALLY. Wait times have been reduced to almost NOTHING. Staff is actually doing their job. The floors and rooms are clean and not flies or bugs anywhere. This place is done a 180° turn around. . . . And I for one am glad to see it! The manager has really done a great job polishing up the place and fixing all of the rough edges! I’d recommend anyone to stopping at this place and grabbing a bite if they get time. And definitely leave a review. If they are doing good, let them know it, and if they aren’t doing a good job then tell them with a review. But this has definitely been a good past 2 experiences for me!

We waited 5 minutes with only one truck ahead. I got to the window and had to wait another 4 minutes. I just pulled out and noticed missing a sandwich. A car pulled up, so I could not back up. Went back around. I finally got the sandwich. I pulled out again and went to eat the sandwich and noticed it was there. In my opinion far too much breading. So I order Blackend, which has no breading. So this time went in and asked for my money back. And, of all things, the manager tried to rip me off. I was trying to refund the amount for the cheaper sandwich. And lied and said there was all the same price. I mean, come on, I can read your menu. I finally had enough. I told her to keep it. If you will lie and steal from me, do it right. I will never eat at this place again.

I waited 5 minutes to hear hello on the intercom, then waited 10 minutes for my son and my food. I ordered the blackened chicken combo meal. They forgot my fries and I pulled back around to get my fries. I was given child sized fries. I dont think $12 is a good deal for a small chicken sandwich and baby fries with a coke…it was $20 total with the kids meal 6 piece nugget… I get more food everywhere else and don’t have to wait so long. I also don’t like they keep the drive thru window open the whole time so there’s lots of flies going in and out. I was wondering why there was no wait with it being so new. I see why.

It is VERY obvious that Popeyes did not implement staff training before they opened. We waited 35 minutes for a five piece chicken meal (that was large) & when we finally got our order and they gave us three TINY pieces of chicken and a handful of fries. It was $17!! Staff was goofing off completely at the window and didn’t have an absolute care in the world. One girl was behind the counter EATING handfuls of fries near service areas. Absolutely ghastly. We never eat fast food and this experience just reminded me exactly why we don’t. The whole entire staff needs to be fired. To wait that long & pay that kind of money for the wrong order and nasty food was so of putting. Will not be returning!

Meh. Staff is nice though and usually helpful. I don’t like the food too much so far. I’ve not been impressed. Our strawberry biscuits were hard and crunchy and way too salty. There’s almost always a longer wait than they tell you to anticipate for your food to be ready. They are out of things a lot too.

As many others have posted…we waited 45 minutes for food. Most people in front of us got refunds and left. Those that stayed had their orders wrong. Understand that with eating time we were there over and hour and the walk in traffic was no more than 15 2-party orders with a similar number going through the drive through. They were NOT busy for a midday weekend fast food joint. I know they recently opened but this place needs to be shut down by corporate! Whoever owns the franchise doesnt know anything about running a business. They were out of almost everything. The floors in the back were disgusting. There were plenty of employees… dont know what they were doing. The front cashier was nice and apologetic but this is clearly an owner’s responsibility.
