Fourth time giving this location a shot after getting some coupons in the mail. 2/4 tries the lights were on and no one takes your order (this time at 12:20 PM). 1/4 times got the wrong order. 1/4 times chicken wasn’t cooked.
I’m slow to give bad reviews but this location just ain’t worth it. Plenty of fast food alternatives around.

Took 10 minutes at sitting at the drive-through order box to get our order taken. Then after that I took another 15 minutes to get our food at the window. We were the only people in line. The people inside that were working were talking about drugs. And there was stuff all over the outside container of the food I ordered.

Food was excellent. The tenders were generously portioned, not the little chicken slivers covered in exuberant amounts of breading. 4 stars because they didnt get their delivery to make spicy tenders, but service was commendable and the store was clean.

Popeyes is a very nostalgic fast food joint for me, and this Popeyes in Canton has managed to butcher my food every time I’ve gone. There aren’t very many Popeyes locations around here so I continue to give this location a chance and I’m disappointed every single time. I almost got back in my car and took my food back this time because the chicken was SO dry it was almost not edible. I really hope the Popeyes around here get it together before they lose a super long term customer, and I switch to ordering from Bojangles!! At least Bojangles has consistent mediocre fried chicken, instead of awful fried chicken every time.

This restaurant should never have been built or open. From day one, this location has never been properly staffed. I have been there several times, hoping they would get their act together but, tonight was the last straw.
Tonight, with an empty drive through and, empty inside dining room, I waited for 5 minutes before I was greeted in the drive through. The store has obviously given up because they have a sign posted to the speaker, assuring customers they are actually open. When I returned home with my order, the chicken strips were cold and rubbery. Even though the service has been consistently poor, the food has always been good. What I was given tonight was disgusting and I could not eat it. Popeye’s should immediately shut this franchise down.

I think they’re trying to get on their feet again after a severe shortage of staff. Chicken was cooked a little too long and was dry. Fries were great. Took forever to get waited on and then forever to get food so I wouldn’t call it a fast food restaurant at this point. I the management at this place is working hard to improve the situation but they do have a little ways to go yet.

The fried chicken was quite good! Cashier was friendly and helpful. This was our first time at any Popeyes. We took carry out, and realized that we were missing an order of fries, when we got home….bummer. We thought it odd that the mashed potatoes were seasoned with spicy chili powder…..not horrible, but.odd.
Our Cashier included a coupon page with our order, and said that she hoped we would visit again….I probably will choose Popeyes, next time I want fried chicken.

This place and the sweet man working by myself deserves a gold medal and a bonus! I pulled in around 4:30pm and he was all alone in the store yet kept a great attitude! He apologized for my wait, never complained or made an excuse. I asked how many people were working today and he admitted it was just him and a maintenance man. My blackened chicken sandwich was FRESH and delicious! Thank you kind sir. I truly hope your manager appreciates your hard work and dedication.
