Take the extra time and drive to another one. You’ll thank me in the end. They do not give what you pay for. See for yourself in the pics. I mean did someone taste it to make sure it wasn’t poison cause where is the rest of it ??? Then ran my card and told me after the fact they didn’t have something that was $11 worth and then asked me what I wanted them to do??? How about give me my money back…never again.

I have went here 2 times in the past 2 months. Both times I was told to pull up and wait for my food. Both times I waited over 30 mins and still didn’t get my food. I got a refund with no food and 30 mins wait. I understand things happen but 2 times in 2 months is unacceptable. The first time they were busy and my order was kind of big but this time I went at 9pm. There was one other car that was pulled up waiting for food when we ordered and that was it. We ordered a number one and then the number one sandwich. So over 30 mins for 3 items is insane. Would not recommend at all!

My parents went through the drive thru and there was a mixup with the order. Since they arrived home, they had to drive back to get the missing item. The manager, Eric, was absolutely AMAZING in compensating for the error, and so friendly too! Definitely recommend this location! Also wanted to give a special thanks again to Eric who went above and beyond!!

Literally waited 10 minutes to be greeted while the cashier greeted drive thru, as every car pulled up.
Then another 20 for my order.
It wouldn’t have been so bad if she don’t turn from the guy ordering ahead of me without speaking. No one moment, no welcome in. No be right with you.
There were 3 people working behind the counter, and a staff of four seated, eating. When the staff returned, she had the guy ask me the name and what was my order, who literally had no idea what was going on.. Unacceptable.

The food source is terrible. The meat is genetically modified. The farming on the product was horrible. When suggesting farming techniques in reference to chicken consider chicken feed or sunflower seeds. High blood pressure for the chicken might be really bad but chicken has to be processed a certain way. Look forward to speaking with suppliers and upper level management in the area.

Will never order from here again… EVER. Took almost 45 minutes for them to get the food to my driver. Food was very greasy and made my husband sick. Going to call the HQ office and complain. This particular store is very bad and should be closed. Very slow and very poor food.

Mr. Eric, a cashier and Mr. Carlton in the kitchen was very nice. Mr. Carlton welcomed me when I opened the door of this place and called a cashier to help me to order. Mr. Eric greeted me with very polite and nice manner, and made sure every my need was met. I will visit this place again. This Popeyes is lucky to have them.

I went through drive through and the lady taking my order was very nice and patient. She suggested a dessert with my order and if course I said yes to the strawberry pie!! Nae was working hard in that drive though. We were in and out in like 5 minutes with 3 cars in front of us!
