I come here for lunch almost every workday, and the staff consistently makes it a great experience. Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and quick with service, even when it’s busy. Over time they’ve even learned my name, which really shows how much they care about their regular customers. It’s rare to find that kind of genuine hospitality at a fast-food spot. The team here does an awesome job and always brightens my lunch break. Highly recommend this location!

Food was horrible! We did an online order. I wanted Mountain Dew I got sprite that had NO FLAVOR. Good was cold.. missing part of my order, I hate to have given one star.. wish we could give stars in the opposite direction. HORRIBLE, overall!

A horrible experience this time. Our order when they eventually took it, was 9 pieces of chicken, a spicy chicken sandwich, and a large side of fries. It took forever to get our meal.
There were 3 people behind the counter, 2 of the 3 were working, the other one not so much. there was a younger black lady handling the drive thru. There was a younger white guy handling the front counter. There was an older black lady that sure seemed to be the problem. She was slowing the drive thru person down by, it appeared, asking a bunch of questions. That left the inside counter guy to take orders, and get the food for the counters. I would have to guess that the older lady should have been responsible for making sure there was enough food prepared. Hint: There wasn’t. The counter guy went back to make our order, only to find there wasn’t enough chicken ready. We had to wait while he got another batch of chicken done.
The two younger people did as good of a job as they could do with the hindrance, and frankly uselessness of the older woman.
It was absolutely, by far the worst experience that we have had a that Popeye’s.

Every single time I’ve gone to this Popeyes they’ve never once gotten my order right. Same thing right now. There was only three times and I still didn’t get all my food. I was at the window for 20 minutes before they even took my card to pay. On the other hand I should have known they would get my order wrong since that’s their MO. That’s sort of on me. The only reason I go back is because, even when they get my order wrong, that chicken is wonderful. I’m still upset.

My 1st time here even though it’s close to the house. Not the biggest Popeyes fan but today decided to give it a shot. Pulled around for the drive through and found the second or outside lane closed. There was a cone next to the order/voice box but not one further back. Luckily I didn’t have to back up. Ordered the 12 bone-in wings and a diet Coke. I asked for their signature sauce but was told it was “discontinued”. It’s the signature sauce and all over the signs, that’s crazy! Got buffaloe sauce which turned out to be a rub. Now the good part, the wings were cooked perfectly. Nice and crispy. The dry rub was a tiny bit spicy which it should be. I got buffaloe sauce to dip the wings in and it was nice as well. Overall, a good experience and I will be back!

I brought my daughter to Popeyes because she wanted the Five Nights at Freddy’s deluxe box and boy was that a very expensive joke. First the employee were VERY rude, we had to wait what felt like forever and then the employee basically threw the food into the car, the food had WAY too much garlic (enough to kill off the vampire population) the cupcakes cup was undercooked and so sweet that the first bite will throw you into a diabetic coma. It definitely was NOT worth $14.

First I tried to order over the phone like I always do the girl that picked up said she not gonna take an order over the phone. Just being lazy. Then when I came in to order a 12 piece all flats they said they don’t do that. Which is not true because that literally the only thing I ever get from Popeyes. They were just being difficult for no reason. It’s not hard to count to 12. I told they cashier all flats I paid then they come back and said they couldn’t make my order. If you don’t like to serve food then you should be in the food business. I’m highly upset over this.

All the wings were present, crispy, and seasoned. The shrimp was pretty good. My kid inhaled the chicken leg and loved it. The fries were fresh. The mac’n’cheese was nice. The potatoes were a bit soupy but well seasoned. We had more than enough sauces for dipping and plenty of napkins. Everyone had a great time. We will definitely eat here again.
