I spoke with the manager today to let her know that I was very concerned about eating here because the chicken is too spicy for me. But now I learned that you can get it mild so I try it for the first time. I was very surprised that the chicken is very good and I told her that I would be back.

The rating is unfortunate and only due to the turnaround time in which good is received. I enjoy how fresh the food is (in which it should be, having to wait 30 minutes after ordering). However, the timeframe in which you get the food after ordering is ridiculous. I have gone to this location three times and the timeframe is the same each time. I ordered twice via drive-through and that was a 30 minute wait. This time, I ordered online ahead of time and that was still a 15 minute late after ordering 40 minutes prior. The people are kind and the food is fresh, but that it’s too long of a wait for a fast food chain.

Most memorable experience for a poor fast food transaction in years. We used the app to order a family meal and take advantage of a free boneless wing offer. If there was a prize for the worst Popeyes in the U.S., this store would be a serious contender. Made the 30-minute trip there and another 30 minutes home only to discover that the ENTIRE order was wrong. (That takes a special talent!) First, the boneless wings were missing, as were the 8 biscuits. The 16-piece chicken clearly says “spicy” on the receipt, but they gave us mild. The Cajun fries were edible, though wilted. What won them the prize, though, was the red beans and rice. Never in my life have I received crunchy rice from any eating establishment. This rice was not undercooked. Rather, I would guess it spent several days under the warmer. I’m in the process of contacting corporate to demand a full refund, and possibly a sanitation inspection. I do not believe this restaurant, at any time, would qualify for the sanitation rating posted in the window.

This store has been closed in my search for some where to eat, but I went there last night with my family and I was very impressed with the quality of the food and the service. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! The manager came out and checked on us and we were really happy. She spoke so positive to her employees and we were just happy to see the changes. The cashier Bob said she was their new boss and you could tell she cared about us and them. Amazing new changed. We are definitely coming back.

I stopped by Popeys in Fayetteville after my kids Taekwando Regional competition and I loved the food there. My kids loved the chicken burgers along with the Chicken Tenders. Also the lady who took order was so friendly and calm when my kids were choosing food and changing their mind. Also another Gentleman was very friendly as well and we got food ok time and food was great.

Got a fish sandwich from here in the wait time was about 3 minutes which let me know that they had the fish sitting up there as soon as I been to it it was just as tough and cold they need to do better ownership needs to do better Don’t mind longer wait times if my food is going to be fresh but if you going to give me stale food and shorter wait time I rather wait

I ordered a 16 piece I was told I had to wait 15 minutes and the stove 15 minutes turned into 30 and on top of that. They forgot half my chicken. I’ve been trying to contact the store but that’s in the number is no longer in service so now I have to drop all the way back to Fayetteville to get eight pieces of chicken that they forgot where my money back I will never go back to this location again

Tanesha (gray manager shirt) was absolutely wonderful. Her customer service and knowledge of the products are unmatched. She clearly cares about her customers and exhibits the kind of energy, passion, and excitement that could be used in Popeyes corporate offices.
