If I could leave a review for 0 stars I would . The worst Popeyes in North Carolina!!! The biggest issue for me is the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and the POOR QUALITY of food. The food was disgusting and after looking at the previous reviews it looks like everyone is literally expressing the same frustration as I am , The MANAGEMENT sucks . Shamarya Has absolutely the worst customer service , and the gentleman that worked alongside her on the evening of 2/12 . Training should be made a priority , as this location lacks a lot of it ! I called and spoke with the General Manager TJ , to discuss my complaint he literally had the I Don’t CARE demeanor, didn’t issue an apology of the poor customer service but just said come back to the store and I’ll issue you a refund. Start off with an apology due to the lack of training. I am hoping this review reaches upper management as I would like to speak with someone above site level regarding my experience . Maybe that’s why the parking lot area was EMPTY ! Will never return to this location again other than picking up my refund !

I really love Popeye’s biscuits and red beans and rice and that’s why I ordered (DoorDash) them along with my chicken wings. Unfortunately I didn’t get any of it. My receipt had everything right on it but I didn’t get my wings or rice or coleslaw or red beans and rice or my strawberry pie. You can’t blame the DoorDash person because the bag was closed with the receipt over it which means the store put it in their completely wrong with the right receipt. Check your bags people

Got food from here this past weekend. There were no customers in the drive through and weren’t many inside so I didn’t think it would be that difficult to get the order right. I ordered 12 boneless wings, but got 6 traditional. And they weren’t tossed in sauce, just drizzled. They didn’t give me the honey mustard for my tenders. And they gave us coke instead of Dr Pepper and the sweet tea was definitely old. We got dark meat instead of white for our chicken order (didn’t take a picture). And I ordered spicy tenders, which they weren’t, but they were also very thin slivers that were more breading than meat. Also pretty sure that this is not 1/4 pound of shrimp. The worker at the drive thru was not too friendly either.

This is a hit or miss place depending on what time you go. Customer service is good just sometime it has taken a while to get my food even when there is only one or two people that have ordered. I think they have gotten better from when they first open but still a little area’s to address. I do still love that chicken.

I hadn’t had Popeyes in years but decided to try it because I had a taste for some fried chicken. The prices were very expensive compared to Bojangles which is where I would normally go when I wanted fast food fried chicken. It was $12+ and it only came with one side. It was a combo. There were six wingettes, not full size wings which was not made clear on the ordering board. I thought I was getting six full size wings. I got a red beans and rice as a side. It was a small size container that was barely even filled halfway. The beans had a smoky smell in a good way but it needed some salt which there was none available that I could see in the restaurant anywhere. The furnishings were sparse at this location. Because of the price and the small amount of food that you get for the price I would not return to Popeyes.

The shift manager Tj or whatever his name is, is very rude, smart mouth! I could of spazzed out on him but then again its not worth it! If i’m stating my wings are cold why not just fix the problem instead he has a smart comment well if those are then all the other chicken is cold! Instead he could of easily fixed the problem by making some fresh wings and adding the bbq sauce the chicken barely had any sauce! If TJ don’t like his job Why work there! sucky attitude for what! The young girl that was in the drive thru was cool! But TJ or whatever his name was need a reality check! You dnt treat customers like that! I would never go back to that damn restaurant very unprofessional and uncalled for! I wasn’t rude at all! But really makes me wanna go back and deliver the same energy!

I arrive at this location 10:40pm to see the lobby closed at 10:00pm…no problem, the drive thru is open until 11:00pm. I placemy order and the employee says, “we have no more desserts, plus we bout to close.” I pull off only to see him comfortably seated eagerly waiting for 11:00pm. Lesson learned…Go to Bojangles

I live 15 mins from this Popeyes when there’s one 5 mins from me in indain trail….I choose this location everytime ! Give TJ a pay raise….he has his system down pat!!

I came here to leave a review about my experience so far at this Popeyes, but after reading through the others, I see this location already has more than enough bad reviews. Clearly, nothing has changed. Whoever runs this Popeyes should be ashamed of themselves. It’s unprofessional, poorly managed, and the staff clearly doesn’t care. The food quality is just as bad as the service, and the parking lot is full of potholes. At this point, I’m convinced this place is used as a trap and needs to be shut down.
