I had a very disappointing experience at this Popeyes location. I ordered a 4-piece classic meal with 3 wings and a leg. The cashier informed me there would be about a 15-minute wait because they were out of wings, which I understood and agreed to. I ended up waiting closer to 20 minutes.
When I finally got home and checked my order, it was completely wrong. Instead of what I ordered, I received two legs, one wing, and a breast. After already waiting that long, it was extremely frustrating to discover the order wasn’t even correct.
I immediately called the store to speak with the manager. She told me I would need to bring the chicken and the receipt back the next day. In all my years of ordering takeout, I have never been asked to bring the food back in order to resolve a mistake made by the restaurant.
Had I not been completely exhausted, I would have driven back that night, but that was not realistic after already waiting and getting home. What made the situation worse was the manager’s response. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she told me I didn’t have to be “cranky.” That was insulting and dismissive. As a customer who waited longer than expected and still received the wrong order, I had every right to be upset.
This situation could have been handled much better with basic customer service and problem-solving. Unfortunately, the manager showed very little willingness to resolve a simple issue, which made the experience even more disappointing.

Tonight I went in to get my family and I some dinner (11/24/25). The store was very busy. The staff handled the pressure well. No attitudes, great service, and apologizing for the wait. But I would like to pin out afew people. The manager was working drive thru, with great customer service and calling out what she needed before it got on the screen. The young man who was dropping chicken was keeping them stocked up as fast as the chicken was gettingg ordered. Last the younger lady at the counter, it was very overwhelming in the store but not once did it affect her customer service. I’ve visted alot of Popeyes restaurants and even this one numerous of times but it’s been the best experience I’ve had at a Popeyes. I hope this review is shared with this particular team. To let them know there work doesn’t go unnoticed.

I placed an order again today and was disappointed once more. I was charged extra for my special request—no issue with paying—but when I got home, the chicken pieces I specifically requested were missing, even though I was charged for them.
Top management really needs to step in and monitor day-to-day operations, otherwise this place will disappear the same way KFC did. The lady manager especially needs proper training on customer etiquette. Instead of arguing or giving unnecessary explanations, she should focus on fulfilling customer requests. This is not the first time she has argued with me.
Honestly, I hope another chicken chain opens nearby to give them some real competition and a lesson.

Terrible store. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. Worst store near the area. They give the food incomplete, chicken has no flavor, they steal your money. The workers never have food ready and they make you wait over 40 minutes in the drive through. We should have know something was off about this store the moment we pull up and the guy said like 5 times, “one moment, I be right with you”. How does a full combo come with only a full box of fries? I paid nearly $40 for my order to get French fries. Avoid this store at all costs. The food is without flavor and they give your orders incomplete.

We ordered the 25 dollar chicken tenders special advertised in the photo. Comes with 4 sides. While ordering the guy taking our order said it only comes with 3 sides and it actually costs 52 dollars. Said we needed a coupon to get the special price. If another employee hadn’t walked in to bring a key from another popeyes and interrupted his lie we would have been walking out and choosing another meal option. She fixed his error and helped us order. The only reason I wrote anything other than 1 star is the tenders were actually pretty good and fresh.
Seriously Popeyes get control of these stores. Maybe pay more for better workers. The same person that took our order was making fun of customers on the front line of service.

This place is not ran seriously. Ordered a classic chicken wrap and this is what I received. Cold chicken clumsily wrapped in a tortilla with flecks of cheese and lettuce and a glob of mayo. Should have had 2 large pickles inside there but guess they didn’t feel like doing the work to add those. Don’t stop by this location unless you feel like wasting money.

The kids said the loved their food. When i had ordered a chicken sandwich the last time from here it was decent. The service i experienced that day and the day i had ordered my chicken sandwich was good too. I guess it depends on the day and the person you get.

Waited 40 minutes for a 12 piece chicken bucket. Card machine was down. Gave me wrong order. Took the order back in with receipt. Staff is arguing with every customer who also had been given wrong food orders. Then the staff refused to fix anyone’s food or refund their money and said they were all going on break at 8pm. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Dont waste your money at this location.
