This is a sad representation of a good company. They are always running out of food and supplies. One visit they ran out of chicken wings. From a restaurant that specializes in chicken!! The lighting around the store is not on, so people have to order in the dark from drive thru. They take your credit card and shut the window and it takes several minutes for them to return it. The problem is that the customer cannot see what they are doing with your credit card, because the restaurant covers the window. Last night the ran out of lids for their food so things were wrapped in aluminum foil. There are two other Popeyes an hour away where they could have borrowed lids.

If you’re thinking about Popeyes on a nice Saturday night..I’m really hoping you see all these reviews first and change your mind. The wait for your food is gonna be long because they don’t even have any food cooked for the 4 people that ordered online before you. You’ll watch 2 employees slowly put together your order while the other 3 walk around doing nothing. They’ll put so many stickers on the bag to shut it you need a box cutter to open it..so we just took the bag home. We ordered 2 combos with 2 sides each and a separate sandwich…only got 2 sandwiches with nothing but chicken and bread and 3 large boxes of fries…thankful we got food to eat but please don’t go here if getting everything you paid for is important to you and you wanna enjoy your only night off with a Popeyes meal

I’m not from this town but on both my visits here I had food from this popeyed and was disappointed both times. The first time the chicken was over cooked almost burnt. This time ordered a the piece spicy dark meat meal. They had no spicy dark meat available so I had to settle for mild and after I got my meal and got back I realized part of my meal was missing. Very disappointed with the service.

Even though the employees had just had a confrontational customer who tried to pull a knife on them bc she wanted a free 16 piece instead of the free 2 piece meal they offered her, were shockingly calm and very comical!! I love how they all just took it in stride and started “cutting” up! (No pun intended! ) My boyfriend and I will DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK!! The food was amazing especially being that it was my first time ever eating at Popeyes!! I definitely recommend trying the $6 box, great value and lots of food!! Thank Y’all for being great and actually having personalities!!!

I placed an online order for drive-thru pickup. The drive thru was backed up and moving slowly so I went inside. I was told the mac and cheese and the nuggets weren’t available and they only had spicy chicken. I declined a substitution and only got the chicken sandwich and red beans and rice I ordered. The red beans and rice was not prepared properly. It was very runny. I was charged for food I didn’t receive. Overall, it was a waste of my time and money.

Food was lightly cool. Ate right then outside drive thru. I was tired & it was right before darkness. Fast service but cool food. Not even lukewarm. I needed to eat something right away for medical reasons. I love Louisiana food.

My Freddy Fazbear Deluxe box was ruined. Cheese bites a congealed glob of microwaved sogginess. Two cold tenders and a wispy piece of breading constituted three tenders. They forgot my Chica cupcake and had to wait at the counter several minutes while the staff yelled at each other. The dining room is full of flies and anywhere you sit, the only thing you will hear is the staff arguing with each other in the kitchen.
Would have enjoyed my FNAF meal more at a different Popeyes. I think.
