I order here every few weeks and they never disappoint. The night crew makes everything fresh per order and it smells incredible taking it back home. Tonight’s visit was meaningful as I just passed a milestone after my transplant and felt the need to celebrate by getting dinner for my wife and I. Boy they hooked it up! I visited Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen – Roxboro on January 1, 2026, around 9:00 PM, and the experience was excellent. This was probably the first time I’ve ever been greeted by fast-food employees who genuinely seemed happy to welcome customers. The staff was super nice, friendly, and professional. The food was served fresh and at a good temperature, which made the experience even better. Overall, this location truly deserves an A+. Thank you to everyone working that evening for such great service!

The team working on Christmas Eve displayed outstanding professionalism and positivity. Despite the holiday, they were upbeat, welcoming, and clearly took pride in their work. Service was excellent, the food was phenomenal, and the overall experience was top-tier. Popeyes and the Roxboro location would do well to recognize this crew.

Me and my husband ordered food here on Friday 02/16. Once we ordered they told us to pull up we waited 10-15 mins for our food. Once we opened our food the chicken was Raw and there was a fruit fly in one of the drinks! We would have went back but we were on a time schedule to do something with our kids, and just grabbed food from McDonald’s. I did the survey from the recipe and stated I would like someone to call me and I have heard nothing. I just want my money back I do not want to return.

If I could give zero stars I would! Nobody in the drive thru but me and nobody eating inside but it took 13 minutes to get my simple order. Mac and cheese was dried up and tasted bad. Fries were evidently sitting there all day and the biscuit was hard as a rock. You better check your order before leaving because corporate doesn’t do refunds so you need to deal with it right then at the restaurant. No wonder the parking lot is always empty!

This Popeyes location was good! Even though my fries won’t fresh, I did receive a fresh batch. Madonna was very helpful and made sure I had everything that was needed. I really appreciated her help as we stopped there to get some food as we were traveling. Thank you!
