Got there at 9:45 for a blackened chicken sandwich, lobby doors were closed and locked. Walked thru the drive thru for a single sandwich and they said their doors weren’t locked, they were. Liars and losing buisness. Worst Popeyes in America. I’ve stayed 300 nights in a hotel last year an eat Popeyes weekly. Trash employees. And to add, coworker now got sick off of their 3 piece regular with red beans and rice tonight. Avoid at all cost!

Food is good, but the drive-through experience isn’t great. Usually, I waited at least 2-3 minutes for someone to acknowledge you at the speaker. They don’t pay attention when you order and usually have to repeat 1-2 times or ask you to hold on while you’re ordering. Never give you total before you get to the window, and then aren’t very friendly even when I’ve gone out of my way to be friendly. Also, I have had to wait in the drive-through line for 5-10 mins for food or park and have waited up to 25 minutes for them to bring it out. I would go more often if these issues were resolved.

When is place Open I was so excited but it took 50 minutes to get one piece of chicken. Nothing was ever in order the staff was rude but to my surprise. I came in today and there’s a new father daughter team and there and I couldn’t have been more happy. Not only did they take care of me but they also maintain the positive attitude through the entire transaction and also I waited 10 minutes max…..never has happened before, it’s always been a crazy amount of time.. New management is exactly what this place needed. I am now coming here and I will be a regular just due to the new management. Thank you guys keep up the great work and look forward to seeing you soon

Manager Lisa was amazing….I had a big order for my family, and it was kind of late because we just left a family event. She took great care of us and let us know it wasnt a problem. Made us feel great. And the food was great.

The best experience I’ve ever had a Popeyes! We arrived 5 minutes after the lobby was closed, the manager Lisa came and opened the door took our order. The service was fast and the staff was extremely hospitality!

During my recent visit to Popeyes, I made the decision to forgo my usual request for fresh chicken, a practice I typically adhere to when dining at these establishments. Regrettably, the 8 piece Chicken Family Meal I received appeared to be stale and potentially refried on multiple occasions, leading to a subpar and unsatisfying experience. Furthermore, the red beans and rice were overcooked, although not entirely intolerable.

Ordered 12 piece family meal from drive thru. Food took exactly 30 min to box. That was after I went inside to check on order. Chicken wasn’t done yet! I told them to give me mix and match to get my 12. Got home – only 10 pieces.
