The chicken sandwich felt more oily than other locations. I ordered picking up now in the app and paid 20 minutes before estimated arrival. When I got there, none of the items was made and we had to wait for the boneless chicken wings to finish cooking. This was 9pm, a full hour before closing and they were not busy at all. Also, the location charges $0.80 for each water cup. They were stingy about sauces too.

Traveling here for my job and stopped in this location and my food was not hot, yet I was charged for jelly, BBQ sauce, upcharged 60 each piece of white meat, and 40 for the mango lemonade. NEVER AGAIN! They should give me my money back.

Wasn’t no smile or greeting, had to wait,switched to another worker. Out of Mac & cheese, beans &rice, and strawberry biscuits. Had to ask for my receipt. Had to ask for my drinks for my meals. Opened sandwich and it was thrown in. I had asked for extra sauce and she was told me it was a charge and I told her that was fine. It was like it was everything was an inconvenience. Went to eat my chicken tenders and they were so hard it soundrd like a rock. None edible. The workers were not working together, and no body knew what they were doing

I am rarely disappointed when I pick up lunch or dinner from my favorite chicken joint, Popeyes. The chicken has always been fresh, hot, and juicy, no matter which location I venture into. The one exception is this one in Oxford which happens to be the closest one to my residence. The food here is not of the same quality as the other Popeyes located throughout the Raleigh/ Durham area. What I received from this location today was horrible. Some chicken parts were overcooked and had burnt crust and some pieces didn’t retain the batter and were left with tough skin and no crust. It tasted even worse than it looked. The chicken was not fresh and tasted like the oil was overused and stale. I won’t get into how dried out the sides were. I won’t be going back to this location.

My boyfriend and me placed an online order and we waited in that place for 15 minutes before he got up to see how much longer it would be on the order and they hadn’t even started on it yet we were there for almost an hour after that and the employees with the exception of one was walking around doing absolutely nothing it was ridiculous the only reason we didn’t leave is because he had to pay for the order beforehand which will absolutely never happen again that place needs new employees

My favorite is the large shrimp dinner with side of mashed potatoes & a biscuit- always freshly prepared- the wait can be a little long at the drive through. Excellent location right at an exit off a major interstate & situated nearby several customer services

I ordered online at 4:00 for an order to be picked up at 4:30 but when i arrived they did not have my order ready and told me that it would be a 20 minutes wait on spicy chicken which i had ordered online 30 minutes prior..this place really needs an improvement on their way of doing things for online orders

The place is great and serving food, but bad manners. And the very next time I ask for wings platters please make sure I get my wings this is terrible. Sell whole wings, charge whole prices. Sell half a wing charge half prices.
