Honestly I’ve been here so many different times and the wait for my order took over 30mins on at least 4 occasions. Still the supervisors doesn’t apologize for the wait or accommodate me for my long wait. Its the closest Popeyes to where I live so I try to give chances, but anything over 15 minutes for fast food shouldn’t be labeled as a fast food restaurant.

After a long day at work, I stopped at Popeyes to pick up dinner for my family, and the service truly made my evening better. The young lady who helped me was amazing—she patiently answered all of my questions and personally made sure my order was put together correctly. Great customer service goes a long way, and hers did not go unnoticed. Thank you for the excellent service!

I have been to Popeyes 3 times in my life and I don’t know who should I question at this point the Owners or Management because it should not take 40 minutes to count a drawer and switch a shift. Yet this location will make people sit in the drive through while they slowly count their Pennies. At the window while customers waits.
With all due respect but McDonald’s does a way better job when it comes to customer service please direct this review to the management because this type of customer service will not take this company very far.

I come here often to eat and my door dash delivery and the manager at this location her name is Tommy she always has great customer service and she is accurate. Every time I walk into the restaurant she is directing traffic for efficiency. I enjoy this location it’s close convenient and accurate.

Why should we have to go out of our way to another location because of the disrespectful employees between me and my sister we have left numerous complaints. Emails only to fall on deaf ears and tonight was even worse than any other time. I have been to this location. I’m going to the better Bureau to leave a complaint there until something get done because I’m wondering who is hiring these disrespectful rude employees. The lady in front of me was having the same issue. She took her food back in there and got her money back. I will keep leaving review and complain untill something changes??? and now I’m going to the better bureau to leave a review because people should not have to drive out their neighborhood because of the disrespectful employees. I paid $25 dollars and this is what I got for $25 dollars. Remind you I got two 1/4 large popcorn shrimps and this is all I receive for $25 dollars plus the rude disrespectful employees that I had to deal with the whole time I was in the drive-thru waiting on my order.

Only my second time ordering from here but it WILL be my last. I ordered door dash the first time and it came an hour + late had missing items. This time around I asked for no pickles and go pickle AND sauce on both of my sandwiches. I have a daughter that won’t even touch food that has this stuff on it so i cant just scrape off the sauce or pickles and let her eat it. If im paying for something I expect to get that. DO NOT COME HERE. Staff are rude and inconsiderate.

Ordered a number 3 with bacon and cheese. After 10 mins, got my order and it did NOT have bacon and cheese. So I went back to counter, after being ignored for another 5 mins, finally was acknowledged by front end cashier. Explained my order was not correct. Manager came, looked at the sandwich like I was lying, then cashier took the sandwich and threw it in trash. No ” I’m sorry” or anything. Them I had to wait another 10 mins for correct sandwich. In meantime, my dryer got cold and no one ever apologized or anything for my order being wrong or for the time I had to wait. Totally unacceptable!!! No one in this establishment had any sense of urgency or genuine concern about customers. And to top it off, I attempted to do the survey and use the code provided, and the website keeps saying my code is invalid. So how am I supported to even get my credits or points of receipts are printing out invalid codes??!!

They are extremely unprofessional. Talking, yelling and cussing behind the counter while customers wait for over 30 minutes on the simplest things like chicken tenders. I also overheard a conversation where one employee stated that “ we need to bring back beating women”!!! EXCUSE ME. That comment took me back completely. They need new management and employees. Popeyes do better.

Horrible workers. Forgot our drinks so we had to ask. no spoon or fork to eat mashed potatoes with, had to ask. forgot straws even after being asked for the drinks they initially forgot. no napkins. forgot the sauce we ordered. and to top it off, the food was cold? how? 0/10. worst Popeyes I’ve been to.

Went to this location last night (around 11p) after an 8 hour drive exhausted and hungry..D&D (both on duty workers) were amazing with taking my family order and providing fresh food & good service. I watched the both of them work together with smiles on their to get us moving.. I’ve been to many locations prior too last night including this one and never received such great service like I was pulling up to a 5 star restaurant..Thank you D&D for being simply kind!!
