STAY AWAY. My family got food poisoning from this restaurant twice. The first time was earlier week. We became very sick. Thinking it was a bug. So yesterday we decided to get something quick again. We got 2 3 pieces of chicken not even an hour later our tummies began to hurt. So now for the second time days apart we are dealing with food poisoning from this Establishment. The Health Department Needs To Do A Inspection. I see on the window in March they are do for one it needs to be a surprise. This Place is a Constant Problem. I WILL Never Come Here Again I HOPE they Close Down.

I love this location! I ordered a 5 piece meal and my meal was DELICIOUS! My chicken was hot and fresh! The mashed potatoes were great! French Fry’s were fried to perfection. I love the architecture of the building. Inside was very clean and the service was great. I recommend this location to everyone!

Today was my first visit to this Popeyes location. The food was good and we went through the drive-thru, so I can’t comment on the atmosphere. However, the customer service is lacking… We were the only car in the line, waited for quite a while, and our order was incorrect. There appeared to be a lot of confusion taking place between crew members. If it wasn’t Sunday, I would have chosen to go to Chick-fil-A across the street.

Went through drive through and was placing my order, but kept having to repeat my order. The attitude was not necessary on the intercom when getting help with the order. When we got to the window, does it make sense to give a drink tray when there is more than two drinks? Wait time wasn’t bad, but trying to be nice to the cashier, the feeling of trying to be thankful for my order, definitely not returned. To top all off, had to return back into the building to retrieve my cole slaw that they had forgotten to place in my bag. I do not appreciate this service. I’m just trying to have a good day.

never have left a review but for this place? watch out. i have had more negative experiences with this location than good. getting my order wrong? wrapping the wraps
horrendously to the point i cant eat it as a wrap, giving me multiple small things instead of large? and today was my last straw when i got a wrap small as my damn hand. whoever is managing this place needs to train the employees right because my playstation controller shouldnt be as big as my WRAP. ive gotten wraps before and i know its not supposed to be this small. im done with this location.

I am delighted to share that a Popeyes establishment has recently opened in High Point, obviating the necessity to commute to Greensboro. The service at this location surpasses that of others. While the food quality was initially subpar upon their opening, my recent visit has demonstrated a significant improvement, aligning it with the standards set by other Popeyes locations.

Absolutely the worst place to go to! I went and ordered a large fry and side of gravy I stood there for over 20 mins before they gave me my food and as others that ordered after me got their food and had huge orders! Well I got my food 24 mins later and I went to the car and the fries where cold so I went back in and asked for a manager well one came up and asked what was wrong so I told him and then another manager came up which she was absolutely HATEFUL, her words were so you want a refund because your fries are cold ?? I said yes would you want cold fries and she started talking and said she didn’t get paid enough for this! Mind you they were not busy at all she was just walking around talking and laughing with the workers, BEWARE DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT IF YOU PLAN ON WAITING AND GETTING THE WORST SERVICE THERE IS!!

It’s my first visit here and it was ok. Pretty busy so the staff was pulled in all directions. It was at least clean but that is most likely because it’s still new. The food was not too bad. It’s worth giving them a try to see if you will like it. I normally give majority places a 5 star but I believe they could use a lot of attention or the establishment won’t be around too long. Plus is that at the moment they are about the only place open later to get food.

Just wanted the FNAF Meal man…. instead I feel like I’m eating the scraps from leftovers, got the skinniest chicken tenders in the world and, like, 4 pieces of these mozzarella bites are burnt and stuck together… wanted to try a chicken sandwich as well since it was buy one get one free, but I didn’t even get either of those in my online order lol. These tenders taste good though at least.

RAW CHICKEN!!! I thought they looked undercooked, very pale, I ate one and continued driving (from WV to Myrtle Beach) we made a pit stop here for a bite to eat, never had popeyes before, and as my first experience here- I never will again. We are both sick to our stomachs, and since we drove thru and were going about the rest of our trip, we didn’t notice soon enough to go in and ask for a refund
