I am writing to formally complain about an employee named Anticnette (if that is her real name) who was working the drive-thru on 2/28 at approximately 9:50 a.m.
This was one of the rudest customer service experiences I have had in a long time. When I arrived, I was told that only mobile orders were being accepted. I placed a mobile order and paid for it. Shortly after, I was told they were out of chicken and that it would take about 20 minutes. Since I had already paid, I agreed to wait.
A few moments later, I was told—very rudely—to pull forward, and then informed that they did not have any chicken at all. I asked whether tenders were available and was told, “We don’t have anything.” The employee’s tone and attitude were extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
I then requested a refund and was told the register was down, so a refund could not be processed. At that point, I had paid for food that was unavailable and received no solution, no apology, and very poor treatment.
I would like someone to contact me regarding this matter and to ensure my refund is processed promptly. No customer should be treated this way. I will also be contacting corporate on Monday to escalate this issue if necessary.

“I’ve reviewed this Popeyes before, and a lot has improved. The place is cleaner now, I usually get the correct BBQ sauce on my wings, and the staff recognize me and get my order out fast. The chicken is still amazing.
The only issues are that my online order asked for Bold BBQ dipping sauce but I got signature instead, and the soda machine hasn’t worked for about 1–2 weeks. Still love Popeyes, please bring back the buy 1 get 1 free 6-piece wings deal.”

This place just got better inside.
First, the kiosks and the TV that lets you see when your food is ready.
It is really nice adding the kiosks for people that don’t wanna wait in line. Another good thing is people who have disabilities and can’t talk right or anti-social can use these.
Then the TV, I don’t really need to explain, but here it is I am glad there’s a TV for when my food is ready because last time when there wasn’t a TV, I went to the bathroom and came back to pick up my food but since the staff knew me, I thought they would see me and give me my food but I realized they were still making it. Another time was when again I went to the bathroom and came back, I was waiting for my food but there was 0 staff that knew me because it was a different shift so I had to ask. Now with the TV, I can know when my food is ready so I don’t have to stand there awkwardly waiting for nothing.

The soda machine finally works so I don’t have to get the frozen or chilled lemonades anymore. BUT I am glad it wasn’t working because I found my new favorite drink. The frozen or chilled lemonades of course. Now every time I order online now, my dipping sauce is always the right one now.

Nothing new is happening currently with my food or the staff. The food is still the BEST and the staff are also the BEST.

What I do recommend is adding a visible kids menu to the TVs so kids won’t have to think hard what they want and add more decor to the inside of the building. I might have to contact the POPEYES foundation so they can add a kids menu but just contact you guys for the decorations I think.

I think I am tired of trying with this store. The service is absolutely horrible. I just left and the lady at the drive through was so condescending and rude. She could not accommodate any request -even basic condiments. After dealing with a long wait and rude service- my order was completely wrong!! Probably because while I was making my order, the cashier was talking over me assuming what I wanted. This happens everytime I go to this particular location. Please if you’re reading this- choose another location. Avoid this one completely.

This particular location prepares the food just fine, they are just incapable of filling an order correctly. Over the last two years, every single order, no matter how big or small, if it’s more than a combo, it has been missing something. And smaller orders are messed up in one way or another; wrong chicken type, or wrong size of side… Something is always wrong.

I along with my fiance stood in line for 30 minutes without a single employee greeting us or much less even acknowledging us. There were multiple other customers who were helped and greeted. I feel like the employees were very rude and inadequate and obviously not efficient. I do not recommend this restaurant because of the horrible customer service. I can’t even comment on the quality of food because we were never even served.

Waiting out front AGAIN for my basic order of tenders, fries, and drink! EVERY single time I come, I am asked to wait out front for 10, 20, 30 minutes…it is ridiculous! Doesn’t matter if I use the app or order in the drive thru, basic tenders and fries are NEVER ready! I see other complaints like mine in the reviews…MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO FIX THIS OR LOSE CUSTOMERS

This place is the worst. They never have ice. They have you waiting for your food .That is equal to you spending money on food. With all the gas you burn. So you paid twice. No apologies just was this your food. I’ve been sitting here for 25mins. Terribl! Give me have my money back for gas.
