I ordered the #1 Popeyes Sandwich but with Ghost Pepper sauce instead. They definitely gave me the wrong sauce, the sauce I got was as mild as a ketchup. Other than that the chicken and fries turned out perfect. It was VERY expensive though, like airport expensive in comparison. Ill definetly be back while passing through and do recommend.

I had a good experience, the lady that took our order so joyful , she was in such great spirit and was so nice she is a person that you would want to keep around. She was smiling she greeted everyone with pleasure and it was good to go to fast food place and have good service . You can’t go too many places and get that but the lady who took our order she was perfect. I will come back to Visit on my way back and hope she is working. And the kitchen crew was also so good and it didn’t take long at all for our food. It was very clean in there to thanks to you all.

Drove a whole hour to try the closet Popeyes. But it wasn’t what I was expecting. Nothing like when I used to eat it in Louisiana. Sorry guys! Way too pricey and small portions.

The two girls working on drive-through On April 14, 2025. One of the girls’s name was Alexxis and the other I didn’t get her name But she had dreadlocked hair and was very nice. They were both very professional and very courteous when I placed my order. The two made sure I had everything I needed, and were very adamant on the accuracy of my order.

She was very great with her customer service. Both employees We’re very professional and caring about the customer. The location is nice and the workers were courteous, but this Popeyes has similar pricing to what you’d get in an airport. I paid twice as much for the same two meals as I paid recently at a different freestanding location in Raleigh, NC. The food took about 15 minutes to get and the chicken had very little breading on it. It was hot and very fresh after waiting so long but it was disappointing to pay so much and not get the quality I expect from Popeyes.

Very down to earth and helpful manager! She recognized the amount of money we put in and gave us free drinks for the wait:) As well as, offered to wrap our food in foil due to the long ride ahead we had, in which she learned about through attentive and lively conversation. Enjoyable experience, especially for being located inside a travel plaza. Will be returning during future trips.
