Honestly I never do this, Mac and cheese had the GROSSEST taste I’ve ever had from here. (Like it had been sitting under the warmer all day or been burnt over electric griddle) Biscuits were dry as a bone, wings were COVERED in sauce so much it wasn’t edible, and the chicken sandwich was so bland all I could taste were pickles on it. Chicken had no flavor. Honestly we used to love this Popeyes, yes miss a sauce here and there but it’s fast food I don’t expect perfection After this last purchase, having to throw out basically the entire meal besides coleslaw, we won’t be coming back. I never leave bad reviews and I’m so sorry but it was actually non edible.

I just had the most unnecessarily confusing experience at this Popeyes. I ordered a Three Piece of crispy tenders, and was asked if I would like them spicy, blackened, or classic. I opted for blackened, but I received a weird, unfried, nearly undercooked chicken tender. I have never seen these in my life, nor did I know Popeyes offered them. I went inside to ask for, you know- tenders. The young girl behind the counter seemed frustrated with the misunderstanding & said they don’t have them blackened, although its stated on the menu. I said I would take them in spicy, then, and she hands me a box of BONE IN chicken (which I dont eat for religious reasons).
I don’t understand how she got it wrong TWICE. I was so confused & upset; I just ate the fries and biscuit.

On Friday night 5/9/25 just before 10pm (the store doesn’t close until 11pm), I ordered a shrimp meal that was supposed to consist of 1/4 lb of popcorn shrimp, 2 chicken tenders, 2 sm sides (mashed potatoes/gravy and red beans and rice) a medium drink with a biscuit. My bill was nearly $18. The shrimp container was 95% of crunchy pieces, and I didn’t even get an equivalent of 3 shrimp, and the red beans and rice were not even a normal serving. I had to order at the pick up window, and within a minute or two, just long enough to pay for my meal a box was given to me. Which means Nothing was freshly cooked. In questioning the male at the window about my order he told me the restaurant was closing soon, so they couldn’t accommodate any of my requests due to their prep work. What? I have worked in the food service industry for years, and would have never served this to a customer. Regardless!
But on a positive note I did reach out to a manager on the following Monday, and he asked for my name so he could put my name down to come in and receive another meal. J

Fries were warm. Crispy chicken tenders tasted like it was leftovers. Food didn’t taste fresh at all. Missed my strawberry cream pie I had to go back and get it

I ordered with the Popeyes app to have the food delivered to my house. Not only was it cold after traveling a short 5 minutes but the signature Popeyes sauce I have to pay for to get did not come. I tried to call the store multiple times she didn’t get through at all. It’s a Monday night at 7pm in Charlestown so nothing crazy, they just don’t wanna pick up the phone. Super unhappy with the service! $38 for 2 sandwich combos and sauce. Can’t even get the damn sauce.

Don’t eat from here. My mashed potatoes had a long hair in it and the ranch dipping sauce was bad…like out of date SOUR! And the free chicken sandwich is all breading. And even the breading tasted sour. Highly dissatisfied!

This place has to be the worst fast food restaurant in Chatlestown. Order over $50.00 at the drive-thru. What did they mess up? Order 8 drinks of sweet tea, guess what all unsweetened tea. Order mashed potatoes with no gravy, guess what half had gravy on them. Order certain sauces, guess what got every other sause but not what I asked for. Order a box of biscuits, guess what they completely forget to give me the biscuits. Go inside and talk to someone. Told him they forgot the biscuits, and all 8 of my teas were unsweetened, not sweet. He handed me a box of biscuits, and that was it. No, sorry, no apologie, no 8 sweet teas, nothing. I’m very disappointed in the customer service and this restaurant. Finally, I got to sit down and eat, and the spicy chicken tenders were like eating jerky, extremely dry, and tough. The mashed potatoe portion was extremely small. Save yourself a trip and disappoint dont go to this Popeyes.

I never really make post if not at all for review, but past couple of month the some items has been missing in the orders my family would make whether it was fries, chicken tenders, and today, the 3 piece chicken.
Chicken is still good.. but I never really seen a fast food place that has missing items in orders pretty around 60-70% of the time.
