My father inlaw and i stopped in after his VA visit. This is my absolute favorite fast food! The store was clean and well stocked. Andre took our order and was very nice and attentive. This is a great location!

The manager is quite rude! They can’t get orders right – missing biscuits, missing chicken. Today, I ordered from the app, went thru the drive-through and was handed someone else’s order. When they finally brought my order, my wife checked to make sure we received a 5-piece all white chicken with sides and biscuits. Got home, found they inadvertently substituted the chicken breast for a thigh. I called the store and spoke with “Beck” the manager, who was quite rude and hung up the phone on me. Someone from corporate needs to evaluate this location. You don’t mistreat your customers! Note: this store always has issues such as what I have described. Always.

This Popeyes is the worse no matter what time I go they are always out of chicken and you have to wait 20 to 25 minutes. I went today and they didn’t mention they was out of dark meat when I got the order I told them we usually get dark meat. Then they said well it will be a wait for the dark meat I told them I wish I would have known because I may not have ordered. What happened to fast food being ready and prepared? Oh and the customer service is a 0/10. They are rude and nasty. I pulled and up and waited for my food. They bring out the person food who placed their order after me mind you I got a two pc.The person behind me had a full bag of food.

All this talk about Popeyes, so finally experienced it in a “to go” way at this particular location (road-trip). The sandwich was good in and of, itself; plump and moist chicken breast but yet very crispy (lopsided, see pics). However, the lack of customer service was terrible! My husband informed me “it’s all part of Popeyes.” The girl behind the counter looked miserable and had no urgency at all when it came to line of customers who got out of their vehicles in the pouring rain to come in. Sorry Popeyes, this was not a win; Chick Fil A is my go-to because the service is always fast and pleasant; the food amazing. #glasscitydotfoodie

Went to the drive-through about 8 o’clock at night. I had not been to this location before. The food was good. It did not taste like the chicken had been sitting there all evening. It was fresh. Staff was friendly and I’ll definitely return to this location when I’m in the area

Everybody is out here sleeping on Popeyes. They have some of the best chicken sandwiches in the fast food game! Best mayo and pickles hands down, prices are reasonable as well. Quality at this location was great! Very nice interior layout as well. Solid place to grab a bite and super accessible to I81 if you are travelling

They aren’t the brightest. Wanted the 9 piece box two of them one all white meat and they said we can’t do it system will not allow us to put it in. So you could not just pick up white meat I mention it’s in the app she advised to place the order on the app. Sale lost because one could not just ring up whatever was needed and pick up what was requested.

Not my story… but this was on Facebook would not recommend if you want to be treated badly…..So went to popeyes in spring mills pulled up to drive-thru menu board the young girl said be with you in a moment…we waited about 20min until there were about 6 cars behind us and people yelling at us wondering what the issue was…I spoke up to the board and said “hello” she came on and said “I said ill be with you in a moment” “I replied its been a moment, about 20mins now is there some sort of a problem? Or is something wrong?” She replied with “we will no longer be serving you! You can LEAVE! as we pulled around to the windows this is the reply the yound girl at the window gave us!! I have all the video’s and audio as proof as far as the length of the wait and she was never yelled or cussed at for us to deserve that reaction! Whoevers child this is should be disgusted! I hope someone contacts corporate! This is unacceptable behavior
