They didn’t give me the extra mashed potatoes with gravy. Should have had 5 total. I asked for more ketchup up. They gave me a cup that busted and the soda leaked all over my cup holder in my car. Very disappointed. Normally they are good all the way around. I will not be returning to this one..

We used to love this Popeyes. But in the past couple of years the food and service has gone downhill to a shocking extent. My husband picked up an online order this evening and it seemed as if they gave us the Exact Opposite of what we ordered. Literally, only 1 item was correct. When he realized half the food was missing he returned to the Elwood St. location and was told they were out. Why not tell him this in the first place instead of taking our money and wasting our time. The food we did receive was wrong. We ordered a bacon and cheese chicken sandwich with no mayo. Instead, they gave us a plain chicken sandwich, without even a single pickle SMOTHERED in mayo. It looked like it had been soaked in mayonnaise to the point that the bread was a soggy blob. Are they hiring workers who are illiterate and unable read the order instructions? I don’t understand how a simple food order can be so confused. This has happened before and it’s why we hadn’t visited Popeyes in a long time. Would not refer a friend or patronize again.

This is the best Popeyes, in this area. The food is always delicious. The biscuits are always soft and moist. The food is Always tasty. Good job everyone, keep up the wonderful work. Great food; fresh and hot. Rude staff.
Told me to pull over to a parking spot and they would bring my food out to me because someone was ahead of me parked at the curb waiting for theirs. Staff worker comes out, waves my bag of food then gets snippy with me because I didn’t drive my car up perpendicular to the cars in line. It was a fifteen foot walk to my car and I’d gotten out to try to meet her halfway. Next time I’ll just go to the one Charles Town. They are kind to people.

Never wanted to go to this place before. Food always tasted off, employees were rude, the whole place smelled kind of weird.
Went back today after seeing their sign say “under new management” outside earlier this month. Wow what a change!!
Food was fresh and hot. I had to wait a bit for the popcorn shrimp but I didn’t mind that, and when it came out they had timed it so my fries were fresh too! All of it was delicious and fresh tasting, unlike the vaguely chemical taste I used to get from here.
And the staff was kind and efficient, even though one of them didn’t seem to speak very much English, she was still smiling and competent unlike the staff I’m used to from here.

Well, it’s Popeyes so I wasn’t expecting gourmet food and that’s ok. Each time I have been there (which isn’t very many) it has not been busy and the staff have been friendly through the ordering process. In and out fairly quickly which is nice and the place seemed clean enough. My kid likes the food and he enjoyed it from this location as well.

This location has the sweetest people. The crew is always happy and so very professional and helpful. Their store is clean and well kept both inside and out. Their food is absolutely to die for amazing. It was hot and fresh and so delicious. My sister-in-law and I have traveled through Martinsburg three times in the last year and each time we have stopped here to eat because we have enjoyed it so immensely. I cannot say enough how much we needed a break from the long travel that we were on and this location gave us the break we needed. We look forward to coming back again when we come through.

I love the chicken sandwiches but there is always a very long wait. 10-15 minutes. Might as well sit at a restaurant and eat real food. There is a very cheerful and fun window person, she makes it tolerable.

I had a great experience here it was a normal experience where i was annoyed with hafting to pay for sauce and gift cards not working but was absolutely stunned today when a employee didint catch her name paid for mine and my friends meal such a great experience to what would’ve been normal
