Went to the drive thru, order only 3 items. They asked for me to pull around, I did. 30 min. Later I parked, went in to check on my order. My 1st observation was that staffers had to hair nets, other than the Manager. Another staffer was preparing all the bowls of mashed potatoes and gravy with again, no hair net & no gloves. When asked why I was at the counter, the same cashier that took my order in the drive thru acknowledged me, but was not concerned about my wait. She confirmed one of my 3 items I ordered, but when I tried to provide more information, she became irate and started putting me in my place as if I did something wrong. Then when I shared my concern to another staffer that had no gloves, the 1st person I encountered jumped in again as if I said something to her. The manager, Gustavo,she stepped in calmly, asked me what my order was, prepared it for me, as if they never started the order. I appreciate the food, but I came to try their fish sandwich and pickles. Not a good choice. For me, it was not a come back again for the food. I thank, Gustavo, the manager for helping me. She needs either more pay for putting up with the staff she has.

I ordered pick up online and we had a fabulous experience. I ordered ahead and picked up in the drive thru lane, no wait at all. Everything was hot and fresh. The whole order was correct, down to each piece of chicken requested. I grew up in New Orleans on popeyes and y’all really did an amazing job today. Thank you! We enjoyed our Mardi Gras feast!

Do not come to this location!!!I should have payed attention to the previous reviews. The Fried Chicken tasted like it was cooked in old burnt oil. It was bitter. We were also overcharged. They charged us for a large coleslaw and did not receive it. They said they were out so they gave my husband 2 biscuits instead. 2 biscuits that cost $6.79. I tried calling the store they don’t answer. Also, tried calling the team lead on the receipt and he doesn’t answer either. We spent $44 for garbage food! So disappointing!!!

We ordered our food and my husband approached the counter after we got our drinks and was asked, not once, but 3 times if he’d already ordered (He said yes each time and was asked by the same person who took our order originally ♀️) We waited 20 minutes for our 2 piece chicken meals with 1 side each and a biscuit. When my husband was given the meals he was informed that the restaurant was out of utensils for our sides. He also wasn’t given any napkins when given the food. When I approached the counter to ask for napkins amd possible utensils, they actually had sporks (what?! There was utensils available?!?! ♀️)

I went on a Monday 2-9-26 about 2:00pm and let’s say I had to wait before someone knowledge that I was there no greeting just order when you ready okay NP let’s just say this get better cashiers with better customer service better energy but I guess that not a things now and days when it come to fast food ,ask for condiments and here come this other worker with the longest lashes ever (and I do mean long )with her bad energy trying to hand me hot sauce and honey all stuck together honey dripping out no thank you I’ll pass but don’t worry I won’t fuss with you I’ll just know this location is off my to go list …Then have the nerve to say text or call them with issues nope I’ll just go to the website so everyone can know b4 hand the service they will or will not get .. people work to hard to come and feed their families and give your workers hours to receive a decent pay for the service they give out ….

This place is awful. Went there yesterday and was told to pull around to wait for my food, figured it was busy so whatever. Waited 15 minutes.
Went again today cause I was craving a spicy chicken sandwich. Told to pull around again. After 25 minutes of sitting there and seeing multiple people walk in and out with their food, I decided to go inside to see what was going on. While in line I overheard the manager ask an employee “do you have anyone parked and waiting?”. The employee responded “nope we’re good to go”. As soon as the drive thru employee saw me they remembered my order and offered a free drink for the wait, but I’m good. Just give me my food so I can try and eat on whatever time I have left on the lunch break y’all just burned up.

I have been to this Popeyes many times as it has been at this location for a few years. I cannot recommend this Popeyes. The store is fairly clean and the food is wonderful but the employees do not seem to be able to work well. My last 4 visits resulted in me waiting 20 minutes for chicken. No special orders just chicken. I will update my review if it gets better.

This store location has consistently gotten every single order wrong from everyone in my family who has ever gone going back over an entire year in the past. I dared to go thinking my easy order was unable to be messed up and I was WRONG. I assure you none of us are returning. Ever. If they get 100% of my family’s orders wrong, I just know they are doing the same for the rest of the customers. How can these employees do so terribly?? How is this location still open???

Tonight was a typical expericence HOWEVER…. Tonight there is a gentleman handling the register named Dontra’e and he definitely impressed me and others in the restaurant. Store was understaffed and busy but he kept his composure and remained calm and polite while dealing with rude customers and stress of multitasking and everyone got fresh food. Not even the manager stepped up to speak or help. Honestly I dislike Popeye restaurants, but my friends always want but Id settle for coming to this location for that kind of service

I have had absolutely horrendous experiences every single time I’ve gone to this location. From long wait times to wrong orders. This time around we get told to go inside after waiting in the drive through. So we do, I tell them I have a mobile order. We end up sitting for there another 40min. After going back up to the front they inform us that they had given our order to someone else and they’ll remake it. So we sit for another 15min. Where half our order is missing. So we ask and they inform us that they’re out of most of their food and if we want a refund to contact the app. But the app tells you tough luck. But honestly best part was watching the employees make food with no gloves, no hand washing, and picking things up off the floor and continuing to make food. If the “owner” responds to this, shut this location down. That’s how you can address the issue.
