3rd car in drive thru waiting for over 10 min just to place my order and was at a disliking to the quality of my food when leaving just to have to turn around to see if I could get an better selection then what was in my order but this isn’t my first encounter with the poor customer service and quality of food that I’ve purchased from this restaurant/this location thru out my time coming thru this area upon walking in they was already on notice from the bag being in hand when I walked in just to get to counter with the overall disposition an level of customer service was at a all time low for me assuming the shirts that assist me was management they fixed the issue at hand but the looks an side talk was most definitely unprofessional and for that reason alone outside of the service/food I will not be spending any more of my money at this location i swear it be our own ppl with the attitudes for what an at what expense that hurts their pocket if you cant cater to your customers with a smile why be in the job field that your in im not the one that pissed in their cornflakes today so i shouldnt be the one to get their rudeness smh sign unsatisfied customer by the way to top it off the previous customer that was in front of me in drive thru pulled off due to the extensive wait time in my right mind I should have left too when I was thinking about it

The store had one customer in it and 2 just left out. I wanted the 3pc for $5 all thighs in both boxes. The employee said I can do one box like that but I can’t do both. It won’t be fair to the next person. There were no other customers and chicken filled up on top and bottom. Just not wanting to do work and not taking someone’s order. Not good customer service. I had a $30 order but after he would not do that. I canceled everything.

I had a mobile order. I ordered 6 ghost pepper wings, 6 signature hot wings. I also ordered Cajun rice gravy and extra signature hot sauce. I placed my order at least 20 minutes before I left to get it. I get there it’s a line. But there’s no one at the register to take orders. Someone occasionally would come to the register. Chaos at it’s finest!! I had to wave and say hey hey after 30 minutes of just standing there like an idiot. So I’m thinking success it won’t be long now. Wrong another 30 minutes I’m still there waiting. I wasn’t offered any complimentary items, after waiting over an hour. I finally get my order. You would think this horror story is over now. But wait there’s more, I get home, get comfy. And begin to eat my chicken. I’m chewing and noticed the meat is tuff and something is off. I look down my wings, were completely raw and bloody. All 12 wings were raw and bloody. I was completely disgusted and nauseated

Yum, yum, yum! Break off another piece of that spicy chicken leg . The lady at the window that took our order was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. She met our expectation by ensuring our meal was hot, fries fresh and the biscuits , well, they didn’t make it to the 3 round of the day. I placed a mobile order at 7:45, and set the pickup time for 8:00. I arrived a couple minutes after 8, there was a line so I went to the other side of the counter where pickup orders are, they tell me I have to get in line, regardless of the fact that I had a mobile order, this was also the case for DoorDash orders. That was a minor inconvenience, but that is not where the problem started. The line had maybe 5-7 separate people in front of me when I arrived and the manager was working the front counter (who was also floating, working other positions). There appeared to be maybe 5 or 6 staff total (but definitely not less than that) and the manager who was working the front counter would take the person’s order, and then 15 minutes would pass by and he would send their order out and take the next order. So instead of looking at the tickets and assessing who’s food was ready to be packed and which customers were already there to pick up their food, he packed the food one person at a time. I didn’t receive my food until after 9:00 (so 1 hour 15 mins waiting for this food). Then I ask the manager who was working the front counter if I could get a free drink for the inconvenience. He told me I had to ask his boss, who had arrived shortly before to help move things along. So more waiting essentially. I sat back down and waited for the boss to come out. When I finally got to ask him if I could get a free drink, he got rude and asked me why I didn’t ask the other manager who was working the front counter, which was the one who told me to ask him. Ridiculous experience we will never be spending our money here again.

I ordered the blackened chicken sandwich without mayo and a side of fries. I received a fried chicken sandwich with mayo on both buns, soggy bun, and breading falling off. The fries were poured into the bag without being in the paper holder. I also was not given a receipt. I went through the drive-through and didn’t check the food until I returned home. I attempted to call the restaurant many times with no answer. This location is obviously poorly run, and their drive-through definitely needs training. I definitely won’t be returning to this location!

I have to give this location to stars because of the service. When I get there, they were bustling busy, but it seems that the manager was on his lunch break in the corner. After three people, including myself, asked about their order he got up and went to the back to help. At this point Had already asked for my order which was placed online and was told that they had to make more strips. Absolutely fine by me because it would be fresh but when you have seven patrons come in and leave before your online order has been fulfilled. It’s quite troublesome! as I’m standing at the counter talking to another customer the manager asked what we are waiting on and as soon as we are together, but we are not, and we clarify this for him. After he gets the other lady adjusted, and she tells him that the young lady behind the counter is helping her. He proceeds to ask me what I am waiting on and I tell him an online order and give him my name. He looks to his left and retrieves a bag and says oh why didn’t you ask me was it ready? Mind you this was my third attempt to get my food and no one had called my name out for the order that has been sitting there quite obviously for a few minutes because it was not piping hot when I got it. It’s just frustrating to be able to use the service and establishment make you feel as though you were wrong for not asking six times for your order! Overall, the food was OK, but I doubt I will be going to this location again.

Overall this location is ok, gets pretty busy at times. Service hit or miss, food normally good. Last month I waited forever inside although preordering only to get home and have some drumsticks instead of the breast and wing I ordered.
However, after tonight’s experience, I had to leave a review. Young guy at the window offered excellent customer service, also the food tasted exceptionally fresh and the tenders were good portion sizes.

We went to the drive through for a spicy chicken sandwich combo and fish sandwich. They could not get it together to save their lives. No one was rude or anything. Workers simply could not get my order together. It took a while. Drive through guy was frustrated. Got home, and wasn’t totally expecting my order to be correct, but it was. Sandwiches were delicious – fries are ALWAYS in the BOTTOM of the bag… WHY?? I really believe the team at this location needs training.
