Ordered delivery from their website using a coupon. 10 piece chicken bucket with two large sides. I got it with two large mashed potatoes, then added a large Mac and cheese and some sauces separately. Order arrived on time but it was incomplete. It had 9 pieces of chicken, three individual sides of mashed potatoes, a large mashed potato and no sauces. First time I been to a Popeyes and I would like a refund.

Friday night 11/14/25 around 5:30pm I witnessed the nastiest thing ever at this Popeyes location. I was at the window in drive thru and one of the workers (older black lady with gray long braids) comes to the drink machine by the window and empties her pink Stanley cup out in the drink machine drain, she then sticks her entire cup in the ice tray and scoops up ice instead of using the hand scooper. Now how unsanitary was that? Putting that dirty cup in the ice that goes into customers drinks. Not to mention the residue that ran out her cup into the ice because she did not wash it out so she literally put back wash into the ice. The window was open and she even spoke to me while she did it. Why would you feel so comfortable doing that in front of the customer or even at all. I immediately threw my food and drink away because I knew they would give me a hard time about giving me my money back. I will never eat at this location again and have since then told all of my coworkers about the incident there since I work in the area. This is how people get sick and she clearly doesn’t care about anyone but her self. I will also be reporting this further up the chain and to the health department.

Mid everything! Service ok, my food looked crazy so I didn’t even eat. The thing about a drive thru I shouldnt have to over inspect my food when I get it. The person who gave it to me should look at it! But maybe that’s wishful thinking. I’m not sure why who ever made this would think that I would want to eat this the way it look. Whatever way this Popeyes prepares their wings with sauce please rethink the process… maybe toss wings in sauce and then put in my container. Idk but this ain’t it

I remember when they opened.Great! Way different now but they’re hot and cold. Depends on the day I guess. I always order spicy and they haven’t gotten it right yet for some reason. Sometimes I have to wait, other times like tonight they just give me regular and say nothing. Like they can’t tell the difference and think I won’t be able to either. Too inconsistent! Tired of being disappointed.

Well when I went in and saw no customers not one and saw chicken fixed I just knew it was going to be cold. The cashier lady said it had been sitting there for about 20 minutes. I was like I know it’s cold. And asked if they would be dropping some more soon. She said not until we finish with this. Then I looked and the cook dropped some fries. I told her that was so stupid why would he drop fries no one is in here. She said we have to have them ready. I know it doesn’t take fries long to cook. They can be made to order. Buty chicken wasn’t that bad it wasn’t very hot but surprisingly it was ok. The Mac and cheese was semi hot and this meal doesn’t come with a biscuit WHY. I ordered the 3 piece and made it a meal. It should come with a meal

Told to hold 5 min in drivethru line. Came inside never acknowledged and person behind the register was giving out fries to a staff member rather than waiting on customers. Good luck having a good experience here. We left to go somewhere else.

The whole restaurant is clean, the workers were friendly and very fast, and my meal was SO GOOD. Crispy chicken, flavorful EVERYTHING. Even the biscuit was perfectly soft and buttery with a crisp outside and perfect spices. McDonald’s who???????
