My fries with my today. The picture doesn’t do it justice. You could see the white carton bottom more than actual fries in the container. 2 of the smallest chicken tenders I’ve ever seen. Only 3 shrimp in the box vs 4 and didn’t get my dipping sauces. If this is the best they can do shut the place down. Ridiculous

Ordered spicy chicken and had to wait 10 mins and after all that was given regular. Also what is up with this chicken, you’re playing in my face at this point. Who in there right mind would service, please do better.

Staff was nice and all but had to ask for the condiments I ordered… then discovered no napkins or utensils. No big deal, I would have just got it from the lobby except there were none. Chicken was also burnt.

I walked in and it felt like the employees where annoyed for no apparent reason as it wasn’t packed. I understand they may have had a lunch rush prior to because I came in at 1:30/2 ….but as promised myself I would not let this experience go and possibly spoil someone else’s day. This location is horrible, and if you have no tolerance or patience for rude and obnoxious people serving you with no regards to your time or the money you’ve bought to their establishment…. GO TO ANOTHER location… Especially Brittany if I’m not mistaken she was a supervisor and that’s the type of conduct she is displaying as a leader. God awful

When to this Popeyes with my daughter yesterday, would of been her first time trying it here in the states , I’m usually not the type to write reviews but our experience there was very horrible. I’m talking about from the service to the food. We order a family meal that consists of 2 sandwiches 6 pieces of chicken 2 large fries and 4 biscuits. The servers didn’t know how to speak to her co-worker that was very bad and it had an effect on how she spoke to her customers. We got the food no one asked us if we wanted sauces or whatever . I was in a rush so it slip my mind, got home there was a bunch of hot sauce in the bag only I was ok with that, open the box with the chicken and this is what it like beside it looking like that I received 2 legs 2 wings 1thigh and I’m not sure what the other piece was. I lived a couple minutes away from there got home now the chicken was so cold and tasteless. I called and a very pleasant guy told me to come back with the receipt and they will make it over for me. When back today to receive a very unpleasant welcome from a manager or team leader not sure . He was very unkind attitude was on full 100 and all I wanted to give them a second chance but this will be my last visit at this Popeyes. Very poor customer service.

I have been placing mobile orders and i literally wait about 10 -15 minutes to arrive because ive worked at a place that has drive through and also times and stuff be happening , but my goodness every time i come here and wait a decent amount of time its still never ready, then they pull me and I have to wait an extra 15-20 minutes. It’s honestly annoying , I don’t know what’s going on behind closed doors and if its due to no staffing please help your employees with staffing because they are probably frustrated, I know I was when I was working this type job.

This was the worst experiance ever. We ordered the managers special which was 5 breasts plus large Cajun fry 6 biscuits then a 2 piece all white meal breasts only with fries and another 2 piece meal with 2 thighs with fries. Afzer ordering and paying for all this food they then tell us there is no chicken amd no one there to cook the chicken the cooks had called out and could be 30 to 45 mins before any get cooked. We asked why aren’t the 2 managers there cooking the chicken amd the employees upfront said they won’t do it. Then asked why weren’t we told up front about the issue and of course no answer they gave is 4 cold pieces of chicken that were left in the bin and only one large fry which in the box was half of a large no biscuits were in the bag as well. Spent over 45.00 and nothing to feed everyone and refused to give refund said we would just have to wait for someone to get there to cook it. Was very angry amd we left then tried calling managers etc and no one would talk to us!!! Very unprofessional and unacceptable then not to mention the chicken we did recieve and ate me and my husband woke up very very sick to our stomachs today meaning that chicken was bad. Do yourself a favor and don’t ever eat here worst popeyes ever!!!

Hands down worst location. There’s no reason I should be pulled and wait 20 minutes for two sandwiches when one is ready and just getting cold. Just for the girl to take and finish THREE car orders while my food hasn’t hit the grease yet. Maybe actually staff this location and train them because it’s just sad that it seems like there’s only one person working most positions while the manager is out FRONT vaping. No one wants to wait half an hour for two sandwiches then see a worker outside vaping. I was the only car for the first 10 minutes I waited. To pull around and see drive is wrapped around the building while some worker hits a blinker. Not to mention the obscene amount of mayonnaise, so much it spills out before you even take a bite(with only two napkins). Disgusting.

The service I receive from this particular location is the worst. The staff is rude and extremely unprofessional. I spend almost $30 here in one visit just to be treated poorly. Upon entering the drive thru, the staff member on the speaker sounded as if she was annoyed that we were there. As I was telling her my order, she interrupted me and said what side do you want. I said fries. She said she’s out. I said macaroni and cheese. She says we don’t have that either. All while having an attitude. So I finally had to ask what sides do you have? She told me. I chose one and before I could finish speaking, I was interrupted again. She said anything else. I replied no ma’am. Still showing her the respect that I wasn’t being given. She told me pull around. I got to the window and it was a different person. The voice was much different but still unprofessional. She says $29.02. No greeting at all. I gave her $40 and said one second. I have the 2 cents. She ignored me and did the transaction. When she tried to give me the $10.98 I said I have 2 cents. Her response was I already rung you out. I said I’m sorry but I’m not taking all that change after I specifically stated that I have 2 cents. She sucked her teeth and then the lady that took the order, walked up and said what’s wrong now? Still attitude. Then they closed the window. When they opened it back up, she gave me $11 and my phone. No other words were spoken. Before pulling off, I reminded both ladies that they need to work on their customer service because without customers, they wouldn’t have a job. I will not be returning.
