Will never go to this store again, placed two mobile orders and got there 40+ minutes late to see our orders were not ready. They, then, proceeded to give my boyfriend two breasts instead of his 5, and I got bone-in wings instead of boneless. The workers have no sense of urgency and we will never come back. Oh and to put the cherry on top, my apple pie was not an apple pie and was a cherry one

The food was very good. The manager a complete jerk I don’t remember his name, black guy, nastiness attitude I’ve ever dealt with in a Popeyes cashier was very nice. Ask the manager for a cup just for ice guy looked at me like he wanted to cuss me out , I tried to give it back to him . I think because of that area he’s used to dealing with certain type of people .

When we got there they were a lot busier than I expected. Service was polite but slow. Can’t really blame the staff because I’m sure it was hard keeping up with everyone. Food was hot though!

Honestly, I don’t really have a review, star-related to give, but somebody PLEASE check on the guy who was working there the night of Christmas Eve (12/24) around 7:20-7:30pm. He didn’t have on a Popeye’s uniform but he DID take out Popeye’s trash, walked a heavy trash bag to their dumpster, as well as tidy up their outside front and surroundings with his bare hands, putting little bits of trash he was finding inside the medium-sized Popeye’s bag he was holding/given. (If he wasn’t there, would that ‘job’ have gotten done? Serious question.) Older white guy about 50s or early 60s, thin and wearing no jacket. He seemed to possibly have both a physical and mental disability. There’s a better way to help him/give him a hand-up or opportunity than that. I don’t think anyone who loves him would be cool knowing that he’s there doing that, the worst jobs there. Hopefully ya’ll didn’t assign him bathrooms, too. Thanks for checking on him. Hope someone sees him and can help him with a better opportunity!

Worst experience I have ever experienced. Management indirectly accused me of being untruthful. I drove 15 minutes from work site for Popeyes with only a 30 minute lunch and the manager says to be the food back. I’m at work I can’t. Now I go without food until I get off. I had to suffer with Chicken that appeared to be cooked in oil that had not been filter or changed in 6 weeks. It’s your health. Be very prayerful eating at this location

No one wears a hair net which is really unsanitary and this is not the first time I’ve seen this here. They take forever with orders even with only two orders and no one in the drive thru. Oh and it was smoke literally in the entire store and made my eyes burn.

0/10 would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND! I will never go here again. Placed two orders separately on the app and went to pick them up the girl at the register was super rude and only gave me one order even when I told her I placed two orders, she proceeded to ask for my receipts with the nastiest attitude ever and while pulling up my receipt she walked away leaving me standing there. Another worker came to assist me and gave me my order that was right there next to my first order. I asked for my drink that the order came with then the other girl walked away and dealt with another customer leaving me there once again. I proceeded to then ask for the manager and he came there very unprofessional too. He was a black middle aged man with gold teeth on his top row. I told him what happened and he could care less didn’t even try to resolve the situation just told the other girl to give me my drink and walked past the first girl that was rude to me( she has ginger hair and is a brown skin teenage female). I will never go there again.

Obviously Popeyes isn’t a 5 star restaurant, but for Popeyes this one is the best of the many I’ve been to. The freshest chicken, the kindest staff. Love y’all.

I ordered a mobile pick up order for a chicken sandwich, fries, rice and beans, sweet tea, and a 6 piece hot lemon pepper wing. Before I pulled out I checked my bag and was missing the fries. I go back in the lady gives me a small fry which whatever not tripping I just wanted to get my food and get back to work. I get back in my car and pull off. I get to work just now and the sandwich got bacon and cheese and pickles on it, again not tripping it was an upgrade from what I ordered, the wings look like they just dumped it in the box with all the oil from making them and then I go to taste my “sweet tea” hoping they’d at least got one thing right outside of the beans and it’s god dam soda. I tell ya man. The only pleasant thing was the boy at the window I know he probably gets a lot of mean people all day and it wasn’t his fault. Please just do better.
