I took my veterans group there today for lunch. There was 16 of us. From the moment we entered the restaurant, we were greeted by the staff. The staff was very courteous. They were very professional, and took excellent care of us. Our food was hot and our orders were correct. The manger Ms. Rose Holland gave me complimentary meals for bringing in so many customers. You don’t see this type of customer service displayed anymore. We will definitely visit this Popeye’s location again due to the excellent customer we experienced. Thank you staff!

Clean restaurant. Friendly staff. Very carbonated fountain drink. The spicy piece is not spicy enough but still tasty. The non spicy pieces are heaven. We got a coupon so we only paid $2.43 cents to get a fountain drink 2 pieces of chicken and a biscuit. Can’t beat that. I’ll do another survey with the receipt and get a similar deal later.
Their new soda machine is amazing. We got Fanta zero. It’s never easy to get diet orange soda elsewhere.

Came in to sit down for lunch with my elderly mom. Had to sit and listen to what i thought was a customer for the whole meal complaining about someone to a worker sitting in the dining area. After I finished eating I went to use the restroom. While in the lady’s room, someone tried to open the door, next thing I know the door is being unlocked from the other side of the door while I am sitting on the toilet. The woman clearly saw me sitting there. I finish my business as fast as possible. Next, there’s a loud banging on the door. I opened the door and the women that was loudly talking in the dining area was standing there with her legs crossed (a bit over exaggerated if you ask me). I asked her if she had a key to the bathroom and why was she unlocking the door on someone and she said “Yeah, I work here”. She didn’t seem to be in a rush to use the bathroom while she was in the dining area loudly talking. This employee had silver earrings all down her ears and wore a lot of rings (you’ll know who she is). She definitely doesn’t need to have a key to that place. Hope she’s not the manager….makes you wonder how desperate they are for staff. BTW, food was the worst I’ve ever had at a Popeye’s. Maybe change the oil.

I ordered my food and was asked to park and my order would be brought out to me. One car was ahead of me and the next car pulled in a spot to wait for their food. When my order came I was missing the biscuit. The person that brought out my food asked to to pull up to the front door. I waited 10 mins for my food and now u want me to move my car so u dont have to walk as far. When she finally came back out with my biscuit it was wrapped in the biscuit paper not in a bag. She was laughing and talking on the cell phone. I found this to be unprofessional.

My son and I had a late lunch at this location today. The staff was very friendly and the food was really good. I believe it was the district manager that I spoke to today and told him how wonderful the customer service was. He was very grateful. Keep up the great work

Absolute best Popeyes I have ever been to. From the moment being created as I walked in to the speed of getting my food from time order was placed. The food was not over cooked and the new wings in which other Popeyes locations in my experience had sauced (flavored) just right not too much yet entire crispy crust covered.
Also the restaurant was so clean and neat in which I have not seen. All the employees working looked professional in uniforms and you could tell that they value the service and customer by providing amazing quality food and service.
Again great experience and will be returning to this exact location in Glen Allen even though live in Mechanicsville and there are Popeyes near me. Customers will travel for quality service and I am one of them.
