The chicken looks and smells like burn rubber/gutter oil, the Mac and cheese looks old and found hair in it the biscuit seem and feels old. The only thing that was good was the Popeyes sauce which I used for my Royal farms chicken

They have a kiosk system and make you order at it.. they say you can get discounts still but you have to select to pay cash. I show my discounts then they say because of a computer issue. They cant process the transaction except at the kiosk for full price. The discount would have $3 but they offer no compensation despite having menu options that would of been fine but under the amount. I wouldve saved. But im hungry so i accept this at first.. but from the very beginning i haf mentioned i wanted extra of the sauce that my sandwich comes with on the side. Extra sauce is a zero cost upgrade, i like being able to dip my fries in it, and they make no mention of this being a problem. Despite mentioning this at every interaction, including the guy in the blue shirt makibg the order.. and the employee also mentioned this to him. I was simply told itd come in a small cup.. but thats ok right? Less but still good for the fries.. until the payments made.. all of a sudden, its an issue. And i get basically yelled at and told im just gonna give you the regular amount as if im a problem. So yes i admit. After all of this, i finally get upset and say i want a refund and he very triumpanty is like.. the system to do thats down.. he clearly get off on lying to customers. Overcharging. And doing every thing he can to make sure customers are unhappy. Also they failed to provide the reciept i had requested to have printed by the thing not realizing id want to contact corporate and that the guest service thing locks you into needing that despite being a rewards member and having scanned my rewards on the purchase

This Indian lady literally watched me wait in line as she handed a kid free food all on camera and then ignored me and said what do you want when I walked up to the register I said I wanted to order and she looked passed me and asked the guy behind me what he wanted and told him to pay while making me wait there like I’m dumb, who let this old lady run this restaurant. Inventory was not updated live on the ordering kiosks, so I didn’t learn that half of what I ordered wasn’t available until after they called my name. They did not refund the extra cost of the side that was unavailable, the mashed potatoes had a dry crumbled substance in them, and the sandwich was falling apart inside the bag.

very clean and an open kitchen which my kids thought looked cool. The food was very fresh and tastes amazing! Didn’t take long for the food to come out and we got seated immediately after placing our order. The manager came out and asked if we needed anything else. 5 stars, very professional. Staff was very kind. Would come back again!

Food was awesome but they forgot my biscuits. I had to go back in ask for my biscuits. The sweet in spicy wings were really hot but be careful there really hot. Have your water or milk beside you. ️
