I stopped by your drive-through a couple day ago for two 4-piece chicken meals. It took 20 minutes to get the order, and when we finally got it, it was all wrong. No drinks or biscuits, even though we paid for them. We had to wait further to get those as well.

This Popeyes in my opinion is one of the most cleanest, kindest, great service experience I’ve had in my years of living on this planet. The staff was well trained and respectable, the bathrooms were in great sounding condition, the food was as tasty as it could be and hot. They made me feel like family I rate this Popeyes a hard 5 stars would def come here again!!

This place has the worst service & employees I have ever seen. they can’t even handle one person at the restaurant without pulling them up. Also i can’t tell you how many times i have been here & seen employees carrying on acting like a bunch of children inside the workplace. I ordered ghost pepper wings & they told me 8 minutes so I pull up in a parking spot & after sitting there for 25min I go to walk in but can’t because the doors are locked so now I’m standing there in the freezing cold waiting for one of the employees to open the door so I can see what’s going on with my food another 10 minutes goes by before they come to the door with the wrong food. I mean this is ridiculous 35 minutes they leave someone sitting outside standing at the door and can’t remember what I ordered and when they finally do give me the right order the wings didn’t have ghost peppers on them. What’s the point of having a restaurant if there’s no one in there being responsible overlooking making sure things get done properly
