This is the first time I’ve ever written a review but when a restaurant continuously mess up your order and the offer no fix is really frustrating, the first time i ordered i order over $40 worth of food was missing multiple sides called them spoke to the so called manager and he said he couldn’t do anything about it when i asked for his name so i can call corporate or speak with the owner he refused to give any information i told him that’s ok if he could tell me when the owner would be there and said he wasn’t able to give that information the purposely hide the info for any higher up to find out. This second time i ordered a simple 5pc tender meal guess what happened this time they gave 3 tenders if you want to call it 3, and then on top of that ordered sprite and guess what i got sparkling water it’s ridiculous this location is truly unprofessional, and inconsiderate.

Not impressed. Apparently arriving before closing means you don’t get everything you ordered and/or your choices aren’t available. I ordered a large dinner (16 pieces, three sides, 8 biscuits) at the drive thru. Fries and Mac and cheese weren’t available, and they didn’t put it biscuits in the meal. Was home before I realized there were no biscuits. Called them and they said we could come by another time for the biscuits, but it seems like when you’re not that busy that you shouldn’t forget to put items in the bag.
So finally getting to eat, I found the mashed potatoes, cole slaw, and beans and rice to be fine. But the chicken, although juicy, was oddly flavored on the breading. Also very bland. We ordered mild rather than spicy, but there just wasn’t much flavor at all. It tasted like the oil was old or flavored with something. Disappointed considering we were in the mood for fried chicken and everything else was closed. We probably won’t be back except to pick up our biscuits.

Why does every worker in there look like they don’t shower?
Ordered a family meal and only got wings and drums. The chicken was soggy from grease. We also ordered a chicken sandwich and it was COVERED in mayonnaise. Even scooping out the excess didn’t work. Complete waste of $40.

Gotta love Popeye’s! A bit of trouble communicating over the drive thru speaker and, some problems with not getting our order right. Food was delicious. Oh, and the drink lids don’t stay on very tight, so be careful!

Chicken sandwich was soggy, assuming because it sat in a wrapper under a warmer for a long time. I unwrapped it in the parking lot as soon as I left the drive thru. Didn’t bother taking it back as it was difficult enough getting the bottled water I ordered with the meal. This is the second time in a week I’ve been given this “quality” of food at a Popeyes, it will also be the last as I won’t return.

Customer service is always terrible theres only about 2 guys in there that look like they want to work. I ordered 3 “loaded” wraps they barely have any beans or rice in them. They don’t even look like wraps because they make them so messy. I’m paying for service and I think its unfair the service in return.
