Good chicken. Mashed potatoes and gravy is excellent. Strange how their register screens flip photos that advertise green beans as an option for sides, but they don’t sell green beans as a side option. Only vegetable option is Cole slaw that is flavorless. So, you’re forced to get starchy sides if you want anything decent. Some people like to have a starch and a veg …. Get with the program Popeyes!

I stopped here on my way home from work today. I ordered the shrimp and tenders meal as well as another 5 piece tender meal both with mango lemonades. I was told to wait for fresh tenders, great… no. I get home to find everything but my 5 piece tenders, my dinner. So I call the store, no answer. The voicemail mail is full of course. After calling 3-4 times I finally get an answer. The general manager seemed as if he was going to rectify the situation initially. He told me he would call me back. He did only to say everything but come out and accuse me of being a liar. I would’ve driven back and got my tenders but I live 30 minutes away. Which is why I simply wanted a refund for the tenders. He told me again that he would call me back. I’m still waiting… this is customer service?! I would just sip on my lemonade while I order myself another dinner but I can’t. I also didn’t receive straws. Never again!!! Pass by this one people, not worth it.

Went through drive-through. Line moved along pretty good (better than some others I’ve been to). Got spicy chicken sandwiches (mild for the wife, spicy for me). Since we were driving, ate the fries first as I know they can get soggy if they sit too long. Ate sandwich last, but the combination of the sauce and pickle together made the top mushy. Taste was fine, but texture was not great. Would probably eat the sandwich first next time.

Another inflation casualty! I payed $11 for a 3pc meal. The pieces were so tiny I thought they had given me a kids meal. Looks like I’ll be frying my own chicken from now on. It’s just not worth the 30 minute wait in the drive- thru anymore.

I wanted to see how Popeyes fish sandwich compared to Arby’s fish sandwich. I know that Popeyes fish sandwich is made from flounder and is flat but the coating was either over cooked or just too greasy and I ordered the mild and not the spicy sandwich but WoW I felt it going all the way down my throat. I wouldn’t want to try the spicy that is if you are into your lips and mouth being on fire. However I did like the way it was wrapped in a foil bag keeping the sandwich warm.

This was my first time ever eating at a Popeyes , first off the manager Jimmy has the best customer service skills I’ve ever seen . The food was hot and fresh and the restaurant was very clean …. All the other staff members were pleasant also .

Most horrible experience I ever had. First I asked for fresh fries, the manager said they are fresh, but I guess we can drop more. Then I asked for a sweet tea, the tea was empty, I asked for some tea, and the cashier lady got really rude and said there be some in there. I said there isn’t, and basically jerled my glass out of my hand. I ordered two breast and fries. Upon getting home, I found that they gave me thighs instead of breast. I tried calling, but no answer. The customer service experience was beyond terrible. This is the LAST time I ever eat Popeyes and my family too.
