I came through the drive through and asked for a number 5 meal 5 piece, and a number 5 meal 3 piece. Both tenders meals. What they gave me a number 5 meal and a normal 3 piece chicken. It still tasted good but it was not a welcome sight when I got home, 30 min later.

I went inside to place my order because the drive through isn’t an option because everything is always wrong through the drive through , anyway I ordered the manager’s special, a13 pc spicy (7 legs 6 thighs), I was told it would be a 10 minute wait, I was fine with that, I also notified the employee that my sister would be arriving and would be placing the same order, and asked them to make more spicy chicken. He said ok during my wait, appropriately 8 cars went through the drive through and 5 customers came inside, all were ordering regular meals and all were filled fast , after 10 minutes, my sister arrived and placed her order and she was told she would have to wait 16 minutes . I asked the employee how much longer for mine and I was told mine would be ready the same time as my sisters because they used the chicken for my order , to fulfill other orders , I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes, took my order home and I was not happy. The box got soaked through with grease and the chicken was so greasy and over cooked and extremely hard, not happy at all

Think twice… it might be worth going 5 more minutes down the road to the next Popeyes. Tried this location 3 times… first two times… chicken was horrible…dry and seemed sat out for hours. Wanted some shrimp tonight and strongly decided against driving the opposite direction to go to a different one but was tired and this location is right on my path home. Said maybe the shrimp would be different… well. the 8 piece shrimp was a combo of butterfly shrimp(about 4 good pieces) and what looked like just fried shrimp tails(just the hard shell piece, battered and fried..no shrimp on it). ordered fries… THEY WERE NOT IN THE BAG, nor was my damn biscuit. I live 20 minutes from there so… count your days that I didnt feel like coming back.

Ordered online. Disappointed food was lukewarm though I picked up my order exactly at scheduled time and 7 min earlier than second order pick up time. Nevertheless, very happy food was ready as promised. Questioned if I was given the least desirable pieces…like more than one scrawny wings.

The drive through line was 1 car long and it took 10 minutes to take their order and ours. They are not organized and their drive through speaker does not work. Had a screaming match trying to get our order correct. Food was standard. Go 5 minutes out of your way to a different Popeyes. You’ll save yourself time

Store was packed and out of ice but the service was quick which is good considering they didn’t seem prepared for the onslaught of customers coming for the new chicken sandwich. When the hype dies down some I’ll start coming here more often. The sandwich was hot and fresh.

Good eating experience. All of the chicken is served very well. Outside area is small but is clean, and the inside area is comfortable despite its size that is smaller than usual Popeyes franchise. The employees are friendly and good. What is best from here is maybe the chicken.

They always park and then take a long time. I just stopped by, NO cars in line ordered 13 peices of chicken only and after they took my card payment, I was asked to park and told it would be 9 minutes (my reciept was given at 3:16om). Wo I parked and waited, watching 9 cars go through the drive through is the 20+ minutes I waited. At 3:39pm (23 minutes later) I go in to Noone in line, waited and when the lady seen me, she handed another lady a reciwpt and then they boxed my order… I told them I was told 9 minutes and its been 20, and she just handed me the bag and walked away. Rude service… long wait…. ill go across town going forward. The last 3 times at this location have been the same park & forgotten.

I keep trying to give this location a chance, but they are SO inconsistent. The taste is inconsistent. Service is slow. Today, We didn’t get any of the sauces we ordered. Once I’ve had the wings tossed in barely in sauce. This time, they didn’t even toss the wings in any sauce literally just put it on the side which what in the world. This is the laziest thing ever. I don’t know how this place stays in business.
