The food was very good. 12 piece chicken, 2 large sides, 4 biscuits. I added an order of small fries. It was tasty, but with tax it was $48 and change. Very pricey in my opinion. Drive thru cashier very unfriendly.

Customer service stinks. They no longer have trays to use to dine in they just handed me a bag with box inside. No smiles no hello no goodbye no have a nice day. Makes me wonder what was the problem? I wouldnt recommend. Friendliness is very important and not hard to do. Hire nice people and lose that staff!

I attempted to try the sweet n spicy wings not sure if they supposed to be boneless but as you can see in the picture there is nothing but bone. These were the oddest looking wings, extremely small no meat and the fried batter was strange. I was scared to eat them..trashed them.
The service and atmosphere is very good at this location they are very attentive …but so far the wings and I can now say the chicken tenders I tried last week are trash. The tenders were so Dry they made a squeaky sound when eating or handling lol..Noo lie literally noises.
The red beans, coleslaw ,and fries are good and consistent.
I will eventually try the bone-in chicken and write a separate review.

If I could give them no stars I would. They are so unprofessional. Today I placed an order on the popeyes app and they decided to close the location and they refused to cancel my order even though I cannot cancel on my own. All the doors were locked and they had no sign stating they were closed. Let alone they are accepting online orders knowing the place is closed. The manager told me to cx I explained many times I couldn’t and he closed the window on me . I will never go there again and I will be contacting corporate it’s been too many times this location has been unprofessional.

Just preordered after work for a late night dinner since this place is , “ Thank God” opened till 12am. I had lost my faith in fast food chicken for almost 5 years now . I’ll try every now and then and I’m like nope still isn’t right . Cold , soggy and undercooked chicken is not good. But ,WOW! This Popeyes was mmmmm mmmmm good!! I have 3 kids and they are that chicken like no tomorrow. Was PERFECTLY COOKED ! Crispy, so HOT and JUICY ! Best of all was cooked all the way !! Thank you late night shift y’all did chicken right

My husband and I have given this location a try multiple times and not once have they gotten our order correct. We basically have to beg for the sauces we ordered with our meals. Also, I have never gotten my food at the window. There are ALWAYS at least 4-5 cars parked and waiting for food.

We visited two Popeyes locations before we arrived at this location and finally were served the blackened chicken sandwich. Both locations refused to make us the sandwich because they were an hour and a half away from closing but this location was an hour away from closing yet STILL made us the sandwiches and did it happily. 10/10 customer service and the 10/10 food quality. It was the biggest sandwich we’ve ever had, and we get these chicken sandwiches regularly. We wanted to say thank you to the crew at this Popeyes. ❤️ We wish we lived closer to this location, but highly recommend if you are willing to make the drive to route

Very long wait.. BUT the staff was good and all the food was fresh and to me that’s the most important! Plus I finally got my chicken sandwiches that I’ve been getting in Texas already for like 8 months.. and yes they’re better and bigger than chick-fil-a.. you can even get them on a sunday.
