This is my 2nd time here and I requested to the cashier if I can have freshly fried ghost paper wings,I wanted 18 pcs of them.I also said that my last experience was not good at all in this specific store food was real cold he said he will made me a fresh one…I wanted to dine in but since it was almost 10 they started to wrap up and we took chicken at home only 7 min drive…guess what they gave me old fried chicken may be dropped in oil 2nd time it was still cold,tasteless no hot powder on top.

Ordered an 8 piece family meal, they refused to make 2/8 pieces chicken tenders, which every other Popeyes has done before. We added a 4 piece chicken tenders and a shrimp meal. When our order was called we asked for sauce, they said they can only give us two sauce packets, for 8 pieces of chicken, 4 tenders, and a basket of shrimp! When we got home, all of our sides were missing, and we paid over $50.

I arrive at 9:17pm after I placed an order online for pickup. They immediately told me they were closed. I looked at the time, and said “Qell I placed an order and it says it’ll be ready soon. When did you close? The manager then said, “We close at 11pm but we have to shut everything off at 10pm.” I looked at her… looked at my watch…then looked back at her and said, “It’s 9:17.” They had no chicken ready, but chicken in boxes as if they were about to take it and leave. They took my chicken out of those boxes and gave it to me. I then noticed they gave me the wrong chicken, and they said… “well we didn’t have any more spicy breast.” Why wouldn’t you tell me that to begin with? Why did I have to find out from looking through my food? As they turned everyone else away, except one person, I asked for them to make my chicken over since they were making his fresh. The manager got an attitude with me and called me a liar after I told the other customer they told me they were closed when I walked in.

Food here is a hit or miss depending on who is the manager that day. On a good day, the spicy chicken will actually has a slight hint of spice like it used to twenty years ago. On the bad day, they spicy chicken will have a darker batter but taste the same as the regular one. The service is always slow no matter whether the place is busy or not. Employees look like they are captive hostages. If there is a nice and happy employee, he/she usually will not there a week later.

This location is extremely slow. Multiple employees behind the counter with a minimal sense of urgency to take care of the customer. It took 10 minutes just to place my order and it wasn’t busy. I ordered 10 pieces of chicken with sides and biscuits and 2 shrimp takle boxes. When I asked for a few sauces for my chicken and shrimp I was told I had to pay extra for them..After paying almost 50.00 in food you would think a few sauces packets wouldnt be an issue to give a customer. Between the long wait time and being skimp with a few sauce packets I give this location a low rating.
