Today I visited Popeyes, and I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The lovely general manager truly went above and beyond to take care of me,she was incredibly kind, respectful, and genuinely caring, which made the visit feel very personal and appreciated. The speed of service was great and honestly amazing, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The restaurant itself was spotless clean, felt very welcoming, and had a great atmosphere. The food met all of my expectations and more, it was super crispy, fresh, and hot, just the way it should be. Because of this outstanding experience, I will definitely be recommending this location to many people, and I can confidently say that I will be a returning customer.

Yesterday, I went to Popeyes, and it turned out to be such a great experience. From the moment I walked in, the place was clean and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and efficient with my order.
I ordered the spicy chicken, and it was absolutely delicious. The outside was perfectly crispy, with just the right amount of heat in every bite. The seasoning was bold and flavorful, and the chicken itself was juicy and tender on the inside. The spice level was strong enough to be exciting but not overwhelming, which made it even better.
I also had the red beans and rice, and they were amazing. The beans were creamy and well-seasoned, with a rich, comforting flavor that paired perfectly with the spicy chicken. Mixing the rice with the beans and taking a bite together with the chicken was such a satisfying combination.
Overall, it was a fantastic meal, and I left feeling completely satisfied. I’m definitely looking forward to going back again soon.

I did not have a good experience with the chicken at Popeyes this Thursday. The chicken I ordered was too greasy and the texture was not as crispy as I expected. The presentation was also not very good, and it seemed like the chicken had been sitting under the heat lamp for a long time.
To make things worse, the customer service was terrible. The staff seemed rushed and not very attentive, and when I asked a question about my order I did not receive much help. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and it did not meet the expectations I had.

This is by far the slowest drive through Popeyes I ever been to. Kelly the cashier forgot to put my blackened tenders in? I paid and waited from 2:15pm to 2:35pm in my car. I finally went inside and they said they forgot to put them down. This is supposed to be a fast food place. The Spanish manager did not apologize or nothing. This is ridiculous for how slow it was. Never coming back to this location again. I would like to be contacted.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with coleslaw slaw and red bean and rice as sides. They a were just average. The chicken filet was too heavily breaded and not very juicy. The coleslaw was not sweet and tangy enough. The red beans and rice missed the mark by not having enough taste to remind me of homemade Louisiana food Popeye’s legacy is built on. Despite all the disappointing food, the staff was kind and friendly.
And lastly, I find it very odd and distressing that I had to ask for a public restroom key and there was only 1 bathroom for 1 person use only! That’s just unacceptable business practice for such a well-established franchise!

Ordered a couple of wraps, and I was so disappointed , how small and dry the chicken was. Plus , I know Popeyes in Alexandria were the bomb , I recommend yall to go to other Popeyes, I don’t understand why this spot sucks in regards to the food. The service was awesome, drive thru was smooth. The employees were friendly.

I placed a mobile order for 2 popcorn shrimp boxes.
When I got there, they pulled me to the park. Saying we were waiting on popcorn shrimp. I sat for 9 and a 1/2 minutes for them to bring me out. Popcorn shrimp, that was not fresh. And 2 tenders that were so thin and dry. They were not worth eating or purchasing. The quality of the store has gone down. Go somewhere else if you want decent food. This store is such a hit miss, mostly a miss.
This is just to let people know The quality of food and the service that will be provided here at this store. It’s not necessary to pass the message on to management, they work there. They know what’s happening They hire the people.
