Worst Popeyes ever. Their service is so bad I felt like they were being racist to me. Let me spell it all out:
1. Ordered wings with Mardi Gras mustard and a 3 piece of SPICY dark chicken bone-in (thighs and drumstick).
2. Picked up my order asked for a water cup, as I don’t drink soda. No water cups even though their dispenser serves water. Strike 1.
3. No napkins given to me. I get up to look for the napkins and they only give them out at the register. Strike 2.
4. I sit down to eat my wings. They didn’t include the 2 mustard sauces in the order. I go up and show them my online order indicating that I should get 2. She hands me 1. One. After I just told her I ordered 2. So I had to argue with her to get the sauce that I ordered and wasn’t included in my order. Strike 3
4. I sit down to eat my wings and then move onto the 3 piece. I eat the drumstick and realize it’s not spicy. So I go up with the 2 remaining thighs and ask for them to switch to spicy meat, having to again show them my receipt to prove they gave me the wrong order and the lady says to the other lady in Spanish to give me a drumstick and a thigh as a replacement for my 2 thighs that they screwed up in the order. At this point, I’m done. I take the downgraded meal and vow to never visit here again. Strike 4.
When they go out of their way to refuse to give you what you ordered and you’ve got to argue with them to get it, what else could it be other than racism? I was patient and polite the entire time. This Popeyes needs to replace their staff with workers that treat their customers correctly. DO NOT GIVE THIS POPEYES YOUR MONEY!!!!

Sucked. Spent $25 and they refused to give my wife and I a cup for water even though their drink dispnser has water. We don’t drink soda. Bathroom broke down and locked (per others, it has been this way for a month). Manager argumentative about getting water. Line was out the door the whole time with 1 cashier working. Dine in seats very “canted” forward so you slide out of your seat the whole time (broken). Avoid this location. They do not like customers!

Ordered online… At 5 min late I used popeyes chat line to find out where my order was. Response? … got a message that said … we will be in touch within 24 hrs Really?
Then I called actual store. Spoke with An the MOD … An told me my order was not there and I should call customer service, he even gave me the number …Thanks An Number An gave me led to very same chat line
Fast forward to 35 min late and my very cold food arrived … moral to review… DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS STORE if you want to recive actual good hot food, Or customer service of any sort.

I just witnessed some Karen yelling at the workers here and I wanted to get to the Google reviews first before she did. These guys are very polite and professional. No reason to be yelled at. I love Popeyes and I love this location.

Though I don’t live in this area anymore, I still love to come to this location. Their service is excellent. Never get old fried chicken. Always fresh as it should. Bought Popeyes Cajun-Style Turkey for the first time for Thanksgiving. They explained to me how to process ane reheat and serve this Turkey nicely. Provided instruction paper. And it came out good. Thank you.

I had a very poor experience at this Popeyes. My online order was “missing,” and staff, Maria Teresa, showed no interest in helping even after I showed my receipt. I was told nothing could be done.
As I tried to report the issue, she suddenly found my order and admitted it was missed due to an employee mistake. No apology was made.
Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was unacceptable.

Ordered online, had to pay extra for sauces. I ordered about 5 sauces and was expecting for there to be a lot since I had a big order. When I opened the bag after picking up 1 SAUCE. If you’re going to charge extra you should at least make sure that it’s in the bag. Previous times I’ve had to ask up front for it but it’s expected. I forgot to ask this time, I’m just very disappointed.

Went to order food online to which I stood there for about 8-10 mins without being acknowledged. Once I got my food I decided to eat there and found they had shorted me my strawberry pies. Didn’t even apologize just gave it, after saying they had to verify order. After eating some of the cold fries I went to ask for water and they said they don’t serve in establishment. Also found the place to be super dirty.

The cashier, Maria Teresa, is consistently rude and unprofessional. She waves customers off with her hand, basically telling you to be quiet, and does so with a stubborn, arrogant attitude. Instead of showing even basic courtesy, she consistently acts annoyed and uninterested in helping. Honestly, if she looks so angry and unwilling to be there, why is she even working in customer service in the first place? Corporate and management need to pay attention to this location because Popeyes food is great, but the employee training is clearly lacking in a big way.
