If I could give a lower score than 1 star, that would be more on the mark. I had to wait over 10 minutes for a wrap, mash potatoes and a biscuit. When I got to the table and open my wrap that I ordered without lettuce, it had lettuce on it. I went up to exchange it and not one person said “sorry for the mistake” or the like. One of the workers came ip to me and asked what was the order and went to make a new one and said nothing upon giving it to me. Horrible customer service!!!

Jackie continued to argue with me about gettting my spicy sauce for my scicy chicken sandwich over and over again saying it wasn’t possible even though I get it that way every time, all over the country (I travel for a living). Apparently after getting tired of telling me it wasn’t possible (“because the sauce comes with it”),over, and over, she decided that she could put it on the side. However Jackie would have to charge me. Charge me for the sauce I already paid for that comes with the sandwich? It’s just ridiculous. And she was very rude when I asked her anything to explain, anything. I ended up paying for the side sauce because sometimes they drench it with the sauce so bad you can barely eat it. Honestly I would have paid for it separately with ease had I just been offered it that way to begin with out of pure lack of desire to be negative.
Someone needs to learn customer service skills. It’s ridiculous. Poor young girl at the register was wonderful and embarrassed.

This place sucks so bad the owner doesn’t reply to any customer service issues.. EVEYONE that works in the mall refuses to eat here because the service is so awful.

No greeting or customer service and then was not given one of my sides. Didn’t realize until I got home. So check your orders. I won’t be going back. If they can’t get something as simple as a standard chicken and fries order correct…

The worst Popeyes in the area. My girlfriend and I went to this place and I order a 8 pieces chicken meal.
It was missing the biscuits and the ketchup that I ordered.
I spoke with I believe Jaqueline(maybe she is the manager) and she instead to apologize for the mistake they did she starts arguing with me and my girlfriend.
I don’t know what is her problem but she doesn’t have any manners or any customer service to handle mistakes they do.
Also while waiting for my chicken I saw an employee eating a FRENCH FRIES from the hot service area.
I told the manager about this and she did not care about it.
I know now why this Popeyes have a very low rating it is because of lack of service,attention to details and very rude management and employees.

The taste is awful. This not what you expect when eating Popeyes. The wing and thighs were so small. The wing was the size of a buffalo wing and the thigh was the size of a nugget. Not to mention the breast completely dry. Spent 25 dollars for this ordering from door dash. So disappointed.

I wish I could give them negative stars. The cashier did NOT listen to my order at all after I constantly kept telling her what I wanted. She gave me a meal when I just wanted chicken. Very stubborn and horrible customer service. The employees are very rude to their customers. Worst popeyes ever. I do not recommend going there AT ALL.
